New Built - Clean - Comfort

This new stylish townhouse is the perfect stay for group trips. With 3 bedrooms, a bonus room, and 2 1/2 baths, fully fenced with an outdoor fire pit and BBQ, you are minutes away from all the best biking, hiking, skiing, and wineries around. Experience Grand Junction's finest, with a cozy backyard and stunning city views conveniently located to all the attractions that the city has to offer. Only a few minutes from downtown, Colorado River, shopping, summer concerts, restaurants, and breweries.
The space
The townhome features an open space living room and kitchen, a primary bedroom, with a suite bathroom, a laundry room, and a 1/2 bathroom on the main level. Upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms, an entertainment/office, and a full bathroom. The primary room and one bedroom upstairs have a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed and the entertainment room has a futon. Plenty of room for everyone.
Guest access
You will have the entire home to yourself. We have an attached garage for your bikes, kayaks, skis, fishing pole, or other small items to store. We do not allow vehicle parking in the garage. There are two parking spots in the driveway in front of the garage. We offer a keyless entry with a secure access code for your stay.
Other things to note
We take great care in making sure our guest have everything they need for their stay. Our home is fully stocked with all the essentials. there is an additional refrigerator in the garage; you are welcome to use it. If there's something you need, we do our best to make sure you have it. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent location for our motorcycle trips out of Grand Junction. This is our second time staying at this location and we will be back in the future. Great host, home is very clean and perfect with a garage for our motorcycle. The location is convenient to restaurants (5-10 minites) and 8 minutes from three different Starbucks to get our days started right! Rometta is an excellent host.

Everything was as described. The condo is clean and roomy. The kitchen was well stocked with cleaning supplies. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were amazingly soft! I’d like sheets like that at home. The hostess was easy to work with and responsive.

Had a wonderful stay while moving our son into CMU. This property was immaculately maintained. Attention to detail was fantastic right down to the little toothbrush and toothpaste packets that I’ve never seen in any VRBO before. Beds were comfortable!We enjoyed our early evenings sitting out back and watching the hummingbirds put on a show for us. Space was more than enough for our party of 4. Host had excellent communication. Highly recommended!!!

The townhome exceeded my expectations. Unit was immaculate. It was huge. So much room. Bedrooms were large and beds very comfortable. Great main living room with comfortable recliner couches. Kitchen had everything we needed. Full-size washer and dryer was a plus. Showers were large had great water pressure. Location was perfect - close to the vineyards and orchards, the bike path, and downtown. The owner provided lots of information about things to do in the area. This was one of the very best units I have stayed in.

We really enjoyed our time at the townhouse. The properly was very new feeling,clean and well appointed with everything you need. Check in and out was easy and seamless. The location is great for those spending time in grand junction or nearby palisade. The neighborhood is in a good area and easy access to al sorts of Colorado adventures!

Why they chose this property

I chose this new neighborhood because it had a good feeling and it was quiet and enjoyable to live in, and not far from downtown. Also, it is very close to the Colorado River Trail Park where we spend a lot of our time when we are there.

What makes this property unique

This property has a great feeling of cleanliness and has an open floor plan that makes you feel at home as soon as you come in. It is in a quiet neighborhood and it has great views from the upstairs windows. The townhome has everything you might need for a short or a long stay.
