Enjoy Portland in our beautiful, modern, newly constructed house. You will be located in a quiet neighborhood nestled between SW Portland, and downtown Beaverton. Close to Washington Square, Nike, Intel. and only 15 mins drive from downtown Portland, 11 mins to Nike World HQ, 25 mins to the airport. 24 hour self check in and check out.

During your stay you will have access to a fully stocked kitchen including: coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, dishware, and pots & pans. The space is loaded with windows which lets in a lot of natural light. There are also three other bedrooms located in the house.

A total of four bedrooms:
-Bedroom#1 is the master suite, which has a king size bed, brand-new mattress, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with shower, located on the third floor.
-Bedroom#2 has a queen-size bed, brand-new mattress, located on the third floor.
-Bedroom#3 has a double-size bed, brand-new mattress, located on third floor. There is also a full bathroom on the third floor.
-Bedroom#4 has a queen-size bed, and full bathroom, brand-new mattress, located on the first floor.
-All beds equipped with comfortable/newer mattress.
-All bedroom has closets with hangers.
-Bathrooms with all drawers available for you.

On main level:
-Tastefully decorated living and dinning, with a flameless inviting and safe fireplace.
-Large windows and tall ceilings.
-a half bathroom.

Backyard:
We have a backyard, not very big.

Nice and big for my family. Host communication was good. Always responsive. The only issue is parking… we had 2 large vehicles, the carport is on the smaller side and side/street parking can get a little crazy. Would stay again if the entire family comes up.

This place is amazing!

Honestly it looked great from the pictures and we were excited to stay here. The pictures dont even do justice to how nice this house is. Its stocked with everything my family has needed. We are displaced from our home due to horrible water leak. Staying here has been a real treat. Beautiful home and very well decorated. Give this place 6 stars if i could. I highly recommended anyone to stay here.

Somewhat disappointed

Three level property. Bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs makes it hard for seniors getting luggage to rooms. Also if staying more then a couple nights not enough towels were left. We’re not able to use wi-fi the whole time we were there. Carpet needs cleaning. Slip strips on stairs outside need to be replaced. Property needs work.

The location was in the back of an apartment complex. The house had ants in the upstairs bathroom, no towels were left out, stove had three knobs missing and no shampoo or laundry detergent. 3 of the 6 dining table chairs were broken. My husband fell off the one with wobbly leg. Last straw was we were woken up at 6am with several men trying to get into the house using the keypad and ringing the doorbell. Horrible experience all around. I don’t recommend staying here.
