The Space:

You step onto a quiet patio for two, feeling the gentle breeze as the sun warms the nearby garden, and hear the soft hum of a community pool inviting you to unwind. Inside, the spacious living area welcomes you with ample room for the whole family to gather, laugh, and relax. Every detail is set for a comfortable, low‑key escape in Lutz.



Sleeping arrangements

Four queen‑size bedrooms each open onto a private full bathroom, giving every guest their own space to refresh. The beds are dressed in soft linens, and the layout on the first floor makes it easy for all ages to move about without stairs.



Living & outdoor space

The living room is designed for togetherness, with plenty of seating for movie nights or board games. A small patio off the lounge offers outdoor seating for two, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine under the sky.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen holds all the essentials you need to whip up simple meals, from a stovetop to a microwave and a range of cookware. A breakfast nook sits beside the kitchen, and a separate dining area provides a cozy spot for family meals.



Conveniences

A free washer and dryer are tucked in the unit, so you can pack light and keep clothes fresh. The community includes a clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and a grill area for casual cook‑outs. A nearby gym adds extra options for staying active.

The gated community provides a security guard at the entrance, giving you peace of mind throughout your stay.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
