 Florida the Sunshine State. Enjoy the modern and luxury home. Wonderful house to fully enjoy with family and friends, we offer our guests a beautiful clean house which we hope our valued guests treat as if they were theirs. We hope they enjoy it and keep it clean and do not smoke or use drugs inside it. We have a key system which you will have access to the code when you start your self check-in process, unfortunately we do not accept pets. We appreciate you coming to the Sunshine House…. the house is not available the garage . the garage of the property is a small studio…. the studio is an independent property of the house ... Neither the property nor myself are responsible for the children in the pool area without adult supervision since the pool does not have the protective mesh for children ... those responsible for the children in the pool area are the adults ... Pool hours: from dawn to dusk. Even if you have a prescription (an additional fee of $250 will be charged if the house smells like cigarettes). * Please, no illegal drugs of any kind are allowed on the property. Do not park outside the entrance area or common places with other neighbors, Maximum 6 cars...* Parents of children in the property are totally safe from children in the pool area. The host is not responsible for any death or injury related to the group. * CHILDREN MUST BE WITH A RESPONSIBLE ADULT IN THE POOL AREA AT ALL TIMES. * Nothing responsible for the at your own risk, as there are no lifeguards on duty... No paper in the toilet or baby wipes or anything weird. Thank you... .During the night you should not disturb your neighbors with loud music or noise (the house is located in one of the most exclusive areas of the city).. Additional rules No parties or events (unless the host be invited). No smoking.. The property does not have a garage.

We could not have asked for a more perfect stay. The home offered everything we needed to support our “sibling weekend”. The location was central to everything. The home was impeccably clean and the pool was an added feature for a day to relax and enjoy each other. This home and host are highly recommended to anyone planning a trip to Tampa.

The stay was wonderful and just as described. The house was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. It was a perfect stay for a relaxing weekend by the pool. The host answered promptly to every message. I would stay again!

Very good!

Great location as close to airport and in housing development. Beds comfortable, all TV's worked well, clean, nice deck with pool too! Could use a few large bowls for cooked dinner foods and more choice utensils/grill items. But very nice place to stay!

Excellent house for a group

Great location. We were able to get to our locations very easily. Very nice open kitchen to living room and also the patio space was perfect for our group.

A great home

We stayed at this property for a wedding. We had several family members stay with us. The house was plenty large enough with an incredible outdoor space! We would highly recommend this house. Close to all beach activities, but enough at the home to stay and enjoy the day!
