The Space:

You step onto a quiet first‑floor porch and feel the gentle hum of a neighborhood that balances convenience with a relaxed pace. Sunlight filters through nearby trees, inviting you to unwind after a day of exploring Lutz’s parks and attractions. Inside, the open living area welcomes the whole family, offering space to stretch out, share stories, and settle in for a comfortable stay.



Sleeping arrangements

Four queen bedrooms each enjoy their own full bathroom, giving every guest privacy and ease. The queen beds provide ample room to spread out, and the soft linens promise restful nights after a day of adventure.



Living & outdoor space

The spacious living room comfortably seats the entire group, while a breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dedicated dining area make mealtimes feel effortless. A small patio off the living room holds outdoor seating for two, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening breeze. We do not provide access to the community amenities.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen is stocked with the essentials you need to whip up simple meals, from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. The layout keeps everything within reach, and the adjacent dining space encourages everyone to gather around the table and enjoy home‑cooked fare.



Neighborhood & nearby attractions

You’re just minutes from several local highlights: the University of South Florida is a 5‑minute drive (2.2 mi), the Museum of Science & Industry is 8 minutes away (4.2 mi), and Busch Gardens Tampa is an easy 11‑minute drive (4.5 mi). Nature lovers will appreciate the short trips to Takomah Trail Park (10 min, 5.1 mi) and Lettuce Lake Park (13 min, 5.9 mi), where walking, biking, and wildlife spotting are at your doorstep.



Practical comforts

A free washer and dryer are available for longer stays, and the unit’s first‑floor location means easy access without stairs. With four bathrooms, the morning rush stays smooth.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

Convenient to town, quiet stay, great amenities

Very convenient to town and the ball fields (we were in town for a tournament and vacay) set up was very basic but met all our needs for our large party. We basically had the pool to ourselves each day! The hosts were super quick to respond and were very helpful!

I didn't expect it to be so spacious! We had 4 bedrooms with bathrooms in each room! We loved the pool and the gym was FANTASTIC for my football player son!

Convenient area and Pet friendly Property.

The property was very comfortable for our party of 7. I did frown at the part of first come first serve visitor parking, but we did not experience any issues at all returning late night with 2 vehicles, plenty of visitor parking spots. Easy access to the property and good communication. Definitely will return when in town.

Great place for a family. Close to Busch Gardens

This was a great property for the price. It had everything we needed for our family of six. I loved that each room had its own private bath. The cool was nice and the weight room was well equipped. The host was easy to communicate with and took care of any concerns or requests we had really quickly. I would definitely stay here again. Also, don't let the fact that it is student housing bother you. The complex was quiet and peaceful the entire time, even the weekend.
