Relaxing Views from the Mahogany Front and Side Porches. Spacious Living Room, Family Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen with Granite Countertops on the first level. Convenient Powder Room on the first floor. Bedrooms and Bathrooms spread over the second and third floors for privacy. Private Outdoor Space for Relaxation. Outdoor Shower for Post-Beach Refreshment. Grill Area for BBQ Parties. Included are 15 Beach Chairs and Beach Toys for Fun in the Sun, and a Beach Buggie for Easy Beach Access. Close to the Beach, Washington Street Mall, and all Cape May has to offer. Street parking is metered, please check specific meter areas for time and rates. Loading zone in front of property, and unmetered on street parking is located two blocks away from beach. Parking passes are valid for Bank Street Parking Lot, approximately five blocks away. Cannot beat the location! Walking distance to everything you need in Cape May! Old Victorian home with plenty of character and charm. Room setup had positives and negatives, depending on your guests/party. It worked out well for us. Kitchen had all of the items from home that you'd expect; that was a big plus!

The home was as advertised. Great location, plenty of room.However, the furnace for the 2nd and 3rd floor was inop in 40F weather. Rather uncomfortable.

This place is great!

The check in process was seamless. The location is more than ideal! It sits caddy cornered to the beach. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean was amazing! Very short walk to the downtown area. You can see the beach and waves from the second and third story with no issues. The porch was a great hang out spot. The house is well stocked with dishwasher detergent and trash bags, which was very helpful. Everyone commented that the beds were comfy. We slept 10 people with absolutely no problem. There was plenty of room to sit around and gab while having coffee, or sharing a meal. We would def book here again! Downsides: - Even on "off season" (Late March) parking was a little tough. - There was no shade in the room I was staying in (Middle, queen room) so it was SO bright as the sun came up.
