Bienvenido a la Casa Blanca Estate, ubicado en San Croix, una de las islas más diversos y espectaculares del Caribe. La Casa Blanca está situado en uno de los barrios más exclusivos de la isla de San Croix.

Finca de reciente construcción, totalmente climatizado, cuenta con 4 habitaciones bien equipadas, 3. 5 baños, una piscina privada y una glorieta y las impresionantes vistas del Caribe. La finca se encuentra dentro de una comunidad de golf de 18 hoyos. Los vientos alisios del Caribe fresco seguramente se sumará a su experiencia de una casa de lujo. El paisaje tropical adorna los terrenos de la propiedad cuidados no lejos de la serena playa privada de arena blanca, solamente 2min minutos.

Las habitaciones están decoradas con muebles de calidad del Caribe que complementan las comodidades de hoy en día. La cocina está equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y superficies de piedra exquisitas nativas. El baño principal cuenta con ducha de mármol italiano con el azulejo español en todas partes.
La piscina ofrece una cabaña con asientos de salón para la relajación o de entretenimiento.

We came in town for a wedding at the Buccaneer Resort and this location could not have been more perfect! We absolutely LOVED staying at this property and would stay there again. Enid was super helpful and gracious! The views are unmatched! Thank you for making our St. Croix experience memorable!

Fantastic Stay at the White House!

We had a great stay on St. Croix. We had zero issues with the house during our stay, and it was set up perfectly for our needs. Check in and communication was top notch for the one or two times we had questions. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time staying at The White House. Our group was a mix of two families with teenagers. The setup of the bedrooms was excellent with plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The house was clean and stocked well for all our needs. The house is located in a gated community which includes access to beaches, golf and restaurants. The downtown area of Christiansted is less than 15 minutes away. This property has the most spectacular views! Every window is overlooking the island and water. We all enjoyed this beautiful house and look forward to returning.

Wonderful home with individual suits

My two brothers and sister really enjoy having their own private spaces. With the four individual suites, each with their own restroom the home is perfect for the four of us. Listening to the ocean and the beautiful view makes every moment even better.

Best View in Shoys!

The best view in Shoys—Buck Island, Green Cay, and Shoys Beach in one view! Whole house A/C, comfortable rooms with large full bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, large clean gas grill, super clean pool, and cozy living room for evening family time made our stay amazing!! Centrally located on the island—convenient to beaches, groceries, and restaurants. Located in a gated community—the only noise was the constant breeze. Communication with host and property manager was exceptional. Check in and check out was so easy and accommodating—the entire house was cool and very clean. A bag of ice in the freezer and a water cooler with two, 5 gallon water containers was a classy touch!!We had 7 in our family—everyone was very comfortable, views from every room. We are already planning our next visit to the island and the White House is our first choice.

Amazing views! Cleanest rental we have ever stayed in! Great place for multiple couples - we went with our adult children and we each had our own separate suite. would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous house with incredible view!

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation week at The White House. The layout makes for privacy for everyone with nice common spaces. Beds were comfortable and decor very nice. The views are absolutely breathtaking!!!! House was well equipped with beach chairs and towels, kitchen necessities for cooking. We will be back—loved this house!

Tremendous view, great location and the house was perfect for all 6 of us. Chad was quick to respond to any questions I had prior to our trip. And Lisa was great during our stay. It was hard to leave but we will be back.

We love St Croix!

Beautiful Views, Great East End Location

My Husband, Sister, Parents and close friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are beautiful views from each room and the pool is perfect for lounging and relaxing. The rooms are arranged so each guest has privacy yet everyone feels connected.

Beautiful house, great location!

House was just as described and a perfect set up for groups as it allows lots of privacy! The hills are definitely steep but it’s a great walking neighborhood and provides a great workout!

Vacation for Family

The White House has some of the best views you can find and is layed out with 3 private suites. Very enjoyable house located in likely the best neighborhood on the island. Hosts were responsive and accomodating.

Vacation in paradise

We had a wonderful peaceful stay. We were close to everything on the island and easy access to the major towns! We had fun diving, on ATV tour, shopping and dining out. Be advised that this home has lots of stairs if you are mobility impaired.

Chad has lived in St. Croix during most of his childhood, only leaving to attend military boarding school. He returned to continue to enjoy all that St. Croix and the Caribbean have to offer. He loves to boat, fish, snorkel, scuba and sail. Due to his upbringing on the island of St. Croix, with its diverse history and culture, his travels have been a representation of this fact. Traveling as far as the Philippines, Thailand most of Europe and South America, Chad has emerged himself in each and every areas food, people, music and culture. During his life adventures he found a partner that not only enjoys the very passion to travel but has opened the doors to new life adventures. With the expansion of his family to include their son, they continue to travel creating wonderful memories. Of course their first family trip was to St. Croix for Christmas carnival, which was nothing short of amazing. When not attending to guests needs Chad is a Full time Firefighter/Paramedic for Palm beach County Fire Rescue. For Chad, life has so much to offer, he works hard and plays even harder because he feels it's not only good to take care of the community but it's great to seize the moment. He hopes to hear from you so he may assist you with your vacation travels.
