It's the epitome of coastal living, where you can relax on the expansive rooftop deck and walk to the water's edge in just seconds.

LIVING ROOM/DINING AREA: - Plush sofa set, additional armchair seating, and flat screen TV - Fireplace for cozy coastal nights - Round dining table with seating for six - Open floor plan to the kitchen and the front patio
FRONT PATIO: - Bistro seating for two - Large sliding glass doors for access into the living area
KITCHEN: - Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware for effortless meal preparation - Modern warm wood cabinetry with crisp white countertops and stainless steel appliances - Large central island with barstool seating for three - Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.
BATHROOM: - Jack and Jill Bathroom: Spacious shower, accessed from hallway and/or downstairs guest bedroom
BEDROOM: - Guest Bedroom 1: Comfortable queen-size bed, closet, TV
LARGE OUTDOOR DECK: - Peek-a-boo views of the ocean - Covered dining table with seating for eight - Sofa seating with two additional armchairs, plus a sunlounger - Outdoor kitchen with built-in BBQ, sink, a mini-fridge, and plenty of prep space
ALSO INCLUDED: - Wi-Fi - Central air-conditioning - 4 low-profile beach chairs - Bathroom essentials are provided for your stay, including a hair dryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and an iron with an ironing board - Cleaning essentials are also included, such as hand and dish soap, dishwasher pods, a sponge, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and a few basic cleaning products
LINENS: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: 1 twin trifold floor mat w/ extra linens and pillow (best suited for children) is provided for maximum sleeping arrangements for 8 guests (6 adults max + kids); rollaway twin beds can be rented, in lieu of floor mats, if desired. Make arrangements in advance to ensure availability and delivery in time for your arrival.
PARKING: One carport space and one small garage space (small to mid-size vehicles only). Guests must ensure they do not encroach on the neighboring unit's carport space, nor have any part of their vehicle parked in the alley. General street parking - metered and non-metered - throughout the neighborhood.
LAUNDRY: Stack washer/dryer located along second level hallway. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds and much more! Contact us for more information.
CITY TAX: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
