Wonderful place to stay

This place is quiet and cozy. Love the location and it is super safe! Can’t say enough about the responsiveness of Seth and Sibley! Answered any and all questions almost immediately! Excellent value too! I would recommend them and this place!

My not so restful holiday

There was construction going on next building. Super noisy. Workers started at 7:30 am every day of my stay. Including Saturdays and Sundays. What I thought would be a restful holiday turned out to be a not so great experience. You couldn’t even lounge on the beach as the noise was simply intorerable. Owner of unit should have known this was going on….. Not a happy camper!

We’re sorry to hear that the construction noise affected your stay. Unfortunately, the work next door was beyond our control, and we did not receive any advance notice of their building maintenance. We would have been happy to move you to one of our other properties, but you did not contact us or our on-site manager during your stay. We encourage guests to reach out directly with any concerns so we can address them promptly.

The ocean was beautiful, eating choices good, and stores plenty (of course). Only issue is sea grass on the water beach interface. Didn't affect us as we just went down the bay or over to Akumal or to the lagoon. The place was great and views spectacular.
