The master bedroom is a haven of tranquillity, where you can fall asleep to the soothing sound of ocean waves in your king bed with hotel-style bedding. The most magical place in Los Cerritos

Our stay at El Gavilan was magical. The condo is appointed beautifully - light, clean, zen, with every convenience imaginable including a dishwasher, washer / dryer, pool, gym, sauna and killer sunset views. We will so be back here again and again.

Amazing Condo in a perfect location

We have been to Cerritos many times but this was by far the nicest place we have ever stayed. It takes about 6 minutes to walk to the beach and about 15 minutes to walk to the next beach over, San Pedrito. It has a full kitchen and everything you need to cook meals at home. The gym is wonderful and the grounds are clean and it is a very peaceful spot. Absolutely loved everything about it!

Luxury condo over looking private cove

Brand new property with tasteful decor, comfortable beds and amazing views of private cove and Cerritos beach…a 10 min walk and you’ll enjoy watching surfers of all ages. Fabulous condo amenities such as the huge lap pool with hot tubs at both ends! Fitness center and yoga deck with spectacular views of sunrises. Hiking along cliffs to another private beach where you may run into one person with a dog. We felt very safe and neighbors were nice. Day beds for reading books or taking naps overlooking private cove. Best part was the sound of the wild pacific while watching whales breaching the waters while frolicking with their babies. Property manager was wonderful. Shakas is a must for fish tacos and key lime pie as well as cute wine bar within walking distance. Owners were extremely helpful. Pack your flip flops and swimsuit and leave everything else behind for a relaxing vaca in this ultimate Mexican beach town. A trip to the spa at Paradero (15 min by car) and drinks in the outdoor bar is a must. We consider ourselves very lucky the owners share this slice of heaven with us. Try it out before they change their minds!!

We (Tom & Rachel) are from Australia and the USA. Recently married 10 mins from our Cerritos condo at Hotel San Cristobal. We currently live in Manhattan Beach, Los Angeles and are both busy people with a love for the Ocean. We bought this condo as our first joint investment in place that is very special to our hearts as it is where met and have lived.

Why they chose this property

Cerritos ticks so many boxes - it's so peaceful, beautiful and has the perfect weather all year round.

As with most places that are amazing, it's the people that make it so. Mexican culture and people are our favorite.

Coupled with being on the perfect beach where kids can swim and adults can go out and surf. There's nothing better than having a cocktail at one of the many great restaurants looking up at the stars.

Certainly our happy place!

What makes this property unique

We have been long-time renters in the area and we have stayed at a lot of different properties that have great views but lack interior design and luxury finishes.

We aimed to furnish Villa 4 with custom-made pieces and bring luxury to Cerritos to align with stunning views and amenities. Whilst respecting the hacienda style, we wanted to aim for more of a contemporary finish.

Being on the ground floor and having no one to our right offered us further privacy. Additionally giving us the fastest accessibility to the incredible gym steps from our door.

When you stay at our Condo you will be able to go and enjoy everything Cerritos and the surrounding areas have to offer, then come back to a private community where you can enjoy the sunset on the ocean whilst sitting in one of the jacuzzis or from our balcony. Bliss.
