Pescadero Palace Guest House is a luxury 4 bedroom - 4 bath Villa that sits on a white sand beach in front of Playa San Pedritos, one of the best surf breaks in Baja California. It can be rented from 1-4 bedrooms, and will comfortably accommodate a couple, as well as larger groups!

It has an excellent location only five minutes to the magical town of Todos Santos and 45 minutes to downtown Cabo San Lucas. This spectacular Villa has a new custom designed heated swimming pool with an area for children and a beautiful natural rock waterfall. The six person - infinity edge Jacuzzi flows into the pool, making a perfect oasis for the entire family. It is fully furnished and amenities include satellite TV’s in the living room and all bedrooms, high-speed internet connection, full kitchen with all appliances and utensils including a beautiful 16 foot long exotic granite countertop from Brazil, laundry facilities, and maid service available.

Each bedroom has its own private terrace, and the top 1BR Penthouse patio is very private, perfect for sunbathing with spectacular ocean views of the Pacific Ocean. There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor main living area, and the 4th bedroom is on the ground level with it's own entrance and private kitchen. Beds include 3 kings, 1 double, 3 twin, and a double futon. For our guests to enjoy we have soft top surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, a double kayak with fishing pole mounts, and more!

Great Place

This is a fantastic property in the perfect location with a great host. Stayed here for a week to surf and visit the area. The house has everything you need and the owner is a great guy and super helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

Magical spot

This place has it all and then some. A slice of paradise. Short walk to the beach- views for miles from the deck. A literal whale parade swimming by in front of the house. And an immaculately clean pool and hot tub to relax in after your days adventures.

Just right!

We loved staying in the Pescadero Palace. Fantastic walkable access to a very nice beach, and a wonderful pool for those moments where we wanted a bit more calm and a few cold beverages quickly on hand! The rooftop patio was unbelievable for both morning coffee and late night breeze. It was a quick drive into Pescadero and/or Todos Santos where there were ample groceries and wonderful restaurants. We would definitely come back to stay at Robert‘s place!

Perfect spot - loved the beach access.

We just returned home from our stay at Pescadero Palace and we’re thrilled with the property. So many great amenities (pool, hot tub, beach equipment etc). It had everything we needed. Robert is such a great host. Attentive and super friendly. We loved the close access to the beach, the great restaurants near by and the private spaces for adults and kids. Nothing negative to say about our stay. We loved it!!!

Great location with excellent host

We rented the entire property for our family of 6 (3 couples). It had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean with plenty of toys. Nice and quiet at night, no light pollution. Robert was an exceptional host; very easy to communicate with, and quick to respond! Overall pretty comfortable with decent amenities, nothing showy. We loved using the hot tub and grill. Thank you Robert, we look forward to coming back!

Absolute Gem

Property location is amazing — just a few minutes walk to the secluded beach. It’s clean, quiet and safe. We were able to explore the more crowded/touristy areas (Cabo, La Paz, Todos Santos, Cerritos, etc) with ease and then return to this little gem of a spot. Pool and hot tub were a hit for all. Robert was extremely accommodating and a top notch host. He had advice on anything we were interested in. We’ll definitely stay here next time we visit and have additional families join us so we can rent all of it!

Look up and view the stars

This property has easy access to the beach which is within a walkable distance. We spent every opportunity to be down there. The surfer in our group went to surf every morning using Robert's equipment that he made available to guests. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool - a highlight of our stay! We also appreciated the ample supply of distilled water, towels, and blankets in the property. We were comfortable in the compound. The rooftop views were incredible and yes we looked up to view the stars at night! The rooftop room can get cold at night when temps dropped as the palapa roof left gaps between wall and roof. This was when the extra blankets came in handy. One evening, the room also filled with smoke smell that was in the air with a far neighbor burning some debris. All in all, we created lasting memories here and will return in a heartbeat.

We miss the palace already

We spent an incredible 3 weeks in part of the pescadero palace. For our family it was perfect. We are ally hope we make it back. Robert, the owner, is very laid back yet very attentive and helpful.

We absolutely loved staying at Pescadero Palace!

The space was clean and inviting. The beach right outside the house is amazing and we hung out there, always! The house had just enough room for 8 of us to stay, with room for extra if we needed it. We loved having the hot tub. You would think you don't need a hot tub in Mexico, but we used it all the time. Robert was a fantastic host, who always responded to questions we had within minutes. We felt safe and had a blast. I am planning my next trip down!

Great venue especially for a group

We had 9 guys on a surf trip and this turned out to be a great compound for us to set up as base camp. The place has a good variety of beds and places to get away from the group when you need. And, the pool turned out to be a really fun way for everyone to cool their jets when not out running around. Robert was helpful and we really appreciated some of the extras like beach chairs, umbrellas and Wavestorms.

A fantastic place to stay in El Pescadero!

My husband and I wanted a beach vacation and surf safari to take our kids and grandkids to. The Pescadero Palace was just the place. There were10 of us, and each couple had their own space, yet it was so nice to be able to come together and enjoy each other, on the beach, at the pool, and eating together. The Palace had all the amenities that you could ask for. Robert the owner was very helpful if you needed a question answered. I would recommend the Pescadero Palace to anyone who would like to go to Baja and relax .

"TRIP OF A LIFETIME"

There was 10 of us 7 adults and 3 kids. Although we all acted like kids. we stayed in the house and used 3 bedrooms with 1 adult sleeping on the pull out couch. It was such a treat to walk out from the house onto sand and sit on the beach and watch the sun rise and sun set. The beach is clean and there are no hawkers that try to sell their wares so it was peaceful and very safe. we did a little surfing and kayaking (equipment provided by Robert) and had a blast. The hot tub and pool were great and got a lot of use. The house was clean and comfortable. We prepared most of our own meals but there are some fabulous eating places within walking distance. The cost is very reasonable when you consider there was 10 of us. The Ranchero Hotel down the beach (a little more up scale) runs $300 a night for 2. everyone said they want to come back
