This one bedroom unit in The Springs is a great contender for a family on a budget. Containing one bedroom, two bathrooms, a queen Murphy bed, and a queen sleeper sofa, it easily sleeps six and still has ample room for every guest. The living room features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and comfortable furniture. Step out onto the patio and enjoy the beautiful aspens and fresh mountain air. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and the dining table seats six comfortably. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed and an en suite bathroom.

This property is in a great location, although we were not informed that the hunki dori parking lot was closed before we booked, it was still walking distance to the gondola just slightly farther. We really enjoyed the pool with a slide and hot tub and steam room. We also used the pool table, kids play area and movie room several nights. Unfortunately the outdoor grill was not working and we had bought steaks to grill. The garage door was not working so all traffic had to go in and out the same door. So all in all its a very nice place it just needed a little more attention.

Ideal place to stay in Keystone

Nothing bothered us. Plenty of room for family of 4 (2 grown up kids) - bedroom for 2 and two beds for 2 kids - one very comfortable murphy bed and one sleeper sofa of a sleeper sofa quality mattress. Everything was spotless clean. Plenty of dishes available so that you don't have to run a dishwasher after every meal. 2 bathrooms are a huge plus - no long line for after skiing :) You cannot get closer to the river run gondola and a lift unless you park an RV in front of it. Owners take a good care of the place, you will feel like home in it.

Perfect location!

We had such a wonderful spring break here! This rental was perfect for my husband, my two kids, and myself. The two bathrooms are just so helpful! The laundry is right across the hall- so convenient (bring your quarters!) There are several hot tubs and a short walk to EVERYTHING! SkyRun was so easy to work with and helpful. We are already planning to come back next year. Thank you for helping our family have a perfect first ski trip!

Overall good stay

Property was nice, the toilets weren't clean in one bathroom. The bed in the Master needs a mattress replacement. The mattress sinks towards the middle. Everything else about the property is great.

Great location

The location of this condo was amazing. It was so nice to be right there for everything. The condo itself was uncomfortable. The couch was uncomfortable, the murphy bed (which I'd expect) was uncomfortable. My husband and I were clinging to the sides of the mattress in the bedroom to keep from falling in the huge indentation in the middle. It was clean but was missing things like hand soap. I'm going to keep looking for my favorite place to stay.
