About this property

Lovely home at GLP!

Lovely house by the sea! Great location, a short walk to the beaches, nature trails, tennis courts, Venetian Harbor, and the "Point Spa"!

This newly renovated house features central air and four comfortable bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a queen size bed and desk perfect for remote work days. There are two bedrooms with a full size bed in each and one bedroom with a set of twin beds. Two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub, one with a stand up shower and washer and dryer. There is also an outdoor shower right outside the side door, perfect for a rinse after a day at the beach.

Open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen including a large island and dining area with seating for 8. Grill and lovely back deck to enjoy outdoor dining or relaxing in the sun. There is driveway parking for 2-3 cars.

Summer is the perfect time to enjoy GLP! The Yacht Club offers summer camp activities for children ages 4-16- see their website for details. Enjoy swimming, crabbing, fishing, the playground, gaga pit, volleyball courts, tennis and basketball courts and the Point Spa with seasonal food service and ice cream all within walking distance.

Shopping, bars and restaurants can be found in nearby in Mystic, Stonington and Watch Hill. Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun are 20 minutes away.
