We had a group of 15 and the house slept everyone comfortably. Location was great. Well stocked house. Grounds were beautiful. Might be in listing, but didn’t pay attention: 3 bedrooms are located on the main floor, 5 bedrooms are on the lower level that are only accessible outside. Not an issue for us. Would recommend to others
We were a group of 16. The house was nice and large and clean. A few issues/warnings for you. The house is far from town. And, it is on a very rough dirt road and incline. No fun. Also, the lower level is not connected to the house internally, but rather you walk outside down a ramp. You also take another ramp to the pool and deck level. So, the house is 3 stories in the back and just 1 story street facing. There is a gate. Hot water was an issue for us when we all tried to shower at the same time. Otherwise there was plenty of hot water.
We were a family of 11; 3 rooms are located upstairs and 5 are on the lower level (you have to exit the house, walk down a steep ramp to get to those 5). Upstairs rooms each have 2 king beds. Downstairs rooms had musky smell (better when AC was running).Bathrooms had shampoo and body wash (except one room only had 2 body washes); the shampoo & body wash bottles were not full upon arrival and I was glad we had our own with us. My parents (75 & 78) were not able to make it down to the pool due to the steepness of the ramp and fall risk too great! Rained every day making the ramp even less safe to go up/down. The restaurant next door (Chicha's) was a saving grace!! By days end we were too tired to drive back into town for dinner and who wants to cook when you are on vacation. Food there was good and literally it's so close it's like an extension of the home; they have a pool table and we spent every evening there for dinner and fun. BUT beware, they say they open at 7am. That does not mean they serve food at 7, so you should eat in town if needing an early meal. The VRBO did have complimentary coffee, filters and some snacks/drinks there for us upon arrival. Each room only had 2 towels an 1 washcloth, but they dropped off more when we requested more towels/supplies.Hard to find large places that each have a private bathroom, so this was forsure a plus!
