農場は70年以上操業しています。 19世紀の初めから、ケサダ家は、持続可能なビジョンを持つ中米市場のプレミアム製品を提供する農業と牛の事業に携わってきました。 これにより、最初の土地と同じ肥沃度と品質を維持しながら、土地が世代を通過することが保証されます。
牧場の別荘は常にケサダ家の主な家族の家でした。

This was such an amazing stay. The house was huge pictures does not do it justice. beautiful property so much land , it was everything you could dream of and more. Check-in was very easy as there was somebody there to help us. Jordy, the concierge was very helpful. I appreciate him so much. He helped us plan activities, transfers, and just was very responsive and respectful. He was amazing!! The gardener was really nice as well and gave us a lovely tour of the plants and animals which we loved so much. Would definitely stay here again 10/10 thank you

This is one of my favorite vacation rentals, from start to finish. Awesome communication by the host, outstanding chef meals, clean and great location. My family of 11 had plenty of comfortable space. We really enjoyed the outdoor eating and pool areas. Don’t hesitate to book! We hope to come again.

Everything about this property was absolutely wonderful, and perfect for our group of 4 adults! The photos do not do the property justice. The grounds, the outdoor living and dining areas, the pool, hot tub and meticulously kept property created a magical setting for us to come back to after days of exploring beautiful La Fortuna. More than all of this, the people who made the property all that it is are simply the epitome of “Pura Vida”. We highly recommend Rancho Villa Arenal! Simply the best!

The House: Spectacular—pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful, clean, and well-appointed with quality toiletries (really no need to bring your own!) and plenty of towels. No big TV room, which we loved—kids weren't drawn to screens. They do have TVs in all the bedrooms, if that is your thing. Instead, we read, hammocked, and played games on the covered terrace, the heart of the house. Lots of games and puzzles provided. Minor hot tub issue (not getting hot) was addressed immediately and did not impact our stay.The Grounds: Sprawling and breathtaking. A working farm, yet completely private. We spent two full days poolside, soaking in the magnificence. The gardener gave us a property tour (used a translator app). He went out of his way to point out the sloth that seems to live on the property. He prepared coconuts, plantains, yucca, breadfruit, and fresh cheese seeing our interest—an unforgettable light dinner for our group of 10 highlighting local produce.El Tanque: Ten minutes from La Fortuna and away from the bustle. Walking distance to a bakery, grocery, butcher and great restaurants—Victorino's and Annia's Empanadería are musts! Casatica (pizza) was terrific if you can uber/have a rental, close but no sidewalk to get there.La Fortuna Activities: We had big plans but ditched most to stay at the house. The Springs Resort and Mistico Hanging Bridges were worth it, but honestly, the house was the highlight.Bottom Line: Don't hesitate—book it. You won't regret it.

My goodness- where to start. This is a magical place. So much so we changed out plans and extended our stay by a night. It made it hard to leave to see the sites in the area. The house is lovely cared for, the beds are very comfortable and outdoor living spacings and pool/spa are perfect and the grounds are stunning. Yadi cooked most breakfasts and dinners for our large family which allowed more time for us to connect and enjoy as family. We hope to find a reason to return. Do not hesitate to book.

WONDERFUL property! Large home with tons of privacy. We had a group of 7 adult family members and there was room for more! Great amenities, welcoming staff, yard was FULL of fruit trees and flowers! We had Armita BBQ a dinner for us and it was fantastic! We were treated to a garden tour by Joaquin and he cut down fresh coconuts and served them to us with a straw! It was MAGICAL!

Fantastic Property

Very peaceful and beautiful. All the staff was great! Jordy was extremely helpful in setting up our excursions. You must have meals prepared by Yadi and Estella. Joaquin the grounds keeper was so sweet bringing us fresh coconut water and fruit off the property trees. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovey house with beautiful grounds

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The back of house opens to the wonderful grounds and pool. It was a perfect place for relaxing after a busy sightseeing day. The activities and drivers provided by the concierge Jordy were great.

A wonderful stay at a beautiful property!

We had a wonderful time at The Ranch Villa Arenal! The house and grounds are beautiful and the staff was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and sitting on the porch at night. The Ranch was close to all of our activities in the area. We would highly recommend this property!

Amazing experience. Would love to come back.

Amazing house, more space than we could even use, the host team was great, and the home cooked dinners and breakfasts (arranged with Yadi, the amazing woman who lives in a separate home on the property) were the best food we had in CR. The place was spotless, perfect, and a very easy ten minute drive to everything in Fortuna. Loves it.

Awesome home for our family!

The home is absolutely gorgeous and the entire property is perfect! Our family aging from 8-70 years old enjoyed staying on site, taking excursions, walking to town and definitely loved the meals prepared by Yadira. It was a trip of a lifetime! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Opened doors of the Family Villa and other properties around his beloved Costa Rica in 2017.
Goal: have foreigners experience the great balance between luxury & adventure and culture that the country and its people have to offer.
Passion: sustainability and organic farming
Since 2010 he has been collecting and planting endangered wood trees and planting them around the farm more than 2 thousand documented in 2016-2017.

The Villa has been slowly upgraded and modernized in the last years so it has the feeling of an outdoor and farm house but also counts with all the features that a city house has to make sure you can continue your day to day with the slight difference of being in a privileged location.
Rocio, Jorge’s mom has made sure décor in the house exhibits the culture and tradition of the area. Plants In The gardens have been meticulously selected to have the perfect combination between an ornamental and an edible organic garden surrounded by fruit trees.

We are proud to include in your booking your own private English speaking concierge who will be available to book your transport, activities, and answer any question you may have of the area.

Guests are able to access all of the house except for some storage areas of personal belongings.

Staff will give you the privacy you want and the service you need. We have a full-time chef which is included when renting the property.

Other things to note------>
8 min from La Fortuna. 15 min to Hot springs and Jungle activities. Grocery store and restaurants are 2 min walk from Villa. Local Airport is 5 min away from the property
