You will never forget your stay here. Nor will your families, your friends or your associates, wedding party/guests, retreat members etc.

Built originally for an aristocrat in the classic style of three buildings in the form of a “C” around a central courtyard and garden, it now closed in to create one large building and is nestled into its own, five acre garden featuring numerous reading nooks under the shadows of palm trees and hundred foot high figs trees, endless beds of bird of paradise, ginger and other flowers and featuring guanabana, banana, starfruit, mango, avocado, papaya and other fruit trees as well.

There are SEVEN bedrooms which sleep up to 21 people. Plus four bathrooms. The former courtyard and garden have been completely closed in, covered and air conditioned to create a Great Room that is TRULY great. My first house would have fit comfortably in this one room… TWICE!

There are individual temperature controls for each room, Smart TV’s throughout, brand new gym equipment, the furniture is custom designed by me and made by hand from locally grown cedar, there is even a POOL TABLE that has recently been re-covered. The nearest neighbors are nearly half a mile away, but there is 24-hr ON-SITE STAFF to provide security, and extra services upon request like daily cleaning, (including the kitchen for all you chefs out there! ;-) even daily linen service.

From the outdoor breakfast area to the STUNNING POOL AREA to the newly installed BEACH VOLLEYBALL pit, this property simply wouldn’t or couldn’t be built today for rent at this absurdly low price. The closest comparisons cost SEVERAL TIMES MORE than this delightful, lush paradise costs. The property is new on the market and a very proud addition to our portfolio of rental properties. There are still a few quirks to iron out, but the quirks add to the charm.
