Beautifully renovated studio with great modern amenities in a perfect location. Check in communication and process with Paul was a breeze and a pleasure. The studio is tiny though and has no closet, dresser, or drawer space to unload your luggage. I would recommend that the owner installs more door and wall hooks wherever possible to hang belongings. Despite these shortcomings, we loved our stay and highly recommend this flat to others.

The location was excellent, and the apartment most comfortable. I was traveling with my 3 nieces, so you can imagine that getting bathroom time was challenging;). The description of the apartment matches what you get. The bedroom with the double beds is a trundle—two twin beds would have made it much more comfortable. I missed seeing that there was an elevator on the first stair landing—if you take the stairs there is no apartment numbers of the door, so best take the elevator to the third floor. When you exit, make sure to press the button on the glass door exit, otherwise is messes up the security. Claire was very responsive initially, then as time went on not so much. We spent very little time in the apartment itself, but the living area was a very comfy debriefing area. I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for sharing your home with us Claire! ♥️♥️♥️

A lovely Latin Quarter apartment is an absolute gem! Beautifully situated on the 6th floor with a garden balcony to enjoy the morning coffee or afternoon tea with the surrounding Paris view. It is safe & secure. Centrally located near the Metro, market, boulangerie, and restaurants. Catherine, the owner, was wonderful with any questions I had & checked in to be of the kindest assistance. .surownerIneeds.

The place is big and nice ,we had an amazing stay, the host was responsive and check in was smooth , Saint Germain main hub was not far , would love to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Le Loft St. Antoine for the month of July. Here are our pluses and minuses: Pluses: The location is in a quiet cour off the busy main street. It is private and close to Monoprix, Nicolas wine shop, boulangeries and other stores. A metro stop entrance is right across the street. The apartment is large (about 50 sq. m.) and well laid out with a unique bathroom and a separate w-c. In the cour there is almost no direct sun, so the apartment stays comfortable with the windows open. A fan was provided and we used it only to circulate the air. The kitchen is pretty well equipped (see the minus below). Everything worked well and it was a nice to be able to cook meals easily and entertain. The refrigerator is large, the stovetop is gas and 4-burner and the oven is convection. We enjoyed our morning Nespresso coffees. The washing machine is new and with the large drying rack, iron and ironing board it was easy to take care of laundry. Overall, it is perfect for an extended stay for a couple. Minuses: The apartment description listed a blender and a hair dryer. Neither one was there. There is only one sheet and two towels. Although we washed those to keep them fresh, another set would have been convenient. There were no pillowcases. The washing machine had recently been replaced, but the old one had not been taken away and was in a corner of the dining area. In summary, would we stay here again? Absolutely, without hesitation!

This is a perfectly located apartment in Le Marais, Paris, very close to restaurants, shops, some wonderful museums and the metro to allow you to go everywhere else in Paris. It is bigger than the picture, with a full kitchen and view of a courtyard from the living room and small bedroom. I would recommend earplugs if you don’t stay out late—the local party scene is right outside the master bedroom window!

Amazing location for metro and bus connections. Large apartment accurately portrayed in photos. The owner was very responsive. Our family of seven loved our two week stay here.
