This property is not how it is portrayed on the web. Upon arriving it appeared the exterior grounds outside the cabins were not maintained. I can say that the inside was clean and cozy. There are no televisions in the property, which I knew so we brought our own. Although the kitchen has a stove there is no oven.. There are two old chairs on the front "porch" area. One of the chairs had a exposed rusty nail that my wife did not notice until she sat down and cut her leg. When we went to the area that the swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna are located we were very disappointed to find an empty pool, and non operational hot tub and sauna. The most disappointing situation was we were not notified of a water boil advisory in a timely manner.. This situation although out of the property managements control was in my opinion not handled properly, and could have caused health problems.. Past Vrbo properties we have stayed at we will return, but not this one!!

Tucked away and far from noise

The one night had us refreshed in the morning. Unfortunately, the entire city of Moab had an electrical power outage, thus we sat in the dark and went to bed very early. It would have been nice to have a few games to play, as we did have a few flashlights. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the grounds were beautiful. , And the views spectacular! Thank you, Megan!

So cozy and serene

Wonderful stay. The property is absolutely gorgeous. We were able to bring our pups along without a hitch which is huge when it comes to traveling with them. Bed was comfortable and bathroom amenities were spot on. Could use a little updating with the furniture in the living space but the antiques added to the charm !

Fantastic Property!

This is such a great place outside Moab! It's in the Spanish Valley so a bit of a drive to Moab and the parks, but this was not a problem for me. The mountains and ranch were beautiful, and it was a fantastic place for my dog. Would definitely stay again!

Great little getaway stay

We had such a nice time in this cute little cottage. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We were looking forward to using the hot tub, but it looked like it wasn’t in use. This was the only downside to and otherwise incredible stay as a cute, cozy place.

Amazing location

We loved this cottage, the location was amazing situated at the foot of the La Salle mountains. Very secluded and lots of nature. We rode MTB's and hiked, also did a tour into the LaSalle mountains.

Unit was not Equipped as Advertised

Sauna promoted as available year-round was NOT. We called first night and were told maintenance person would be out the next day. No call back and it did not work during our 4-night stay. Very disappointing!! "Large toaster oven" was not in the kitchen. We brought our own food and had to adjust what we planned to cook/eat. "Snack bar with 2 stools" there were no stools.

Beautiful cabin tucked away in the foothills

Amazing little cabin tucked away in a quiet area of rental cabins with great views of the mountains. Though a little more of drive into Moab than most places you get a quiet stay with little to no disruptions at night. The place came clean and ready with wifi no TV but we actually enjoyed playing card games ans just listening to Spotify in between making dinner. The kitchen was stocked well with pans and utensils. Overall would recommend to anyone looking for an out of town stay in Moab 10 mins from town and 20 from all the recreational areas.

Was a sweet place to stay

Such a lovely place to stay. Comfortable for the three adults that stayed there. Lovely location, quiet and at the foot of La Sal mountains. Will definitely stay again for our next trip! Only problem was the refrigerator froze all our food. I trust this will be fixed.

Could have been better

The cabin on this historical ranch is unique in that years ago it was the actual bunk house for the ranch hands on the working ranch. It’s a very serene location surrounded by the beautiful La Sal mountains. The owners have updated it with care into two units and it was very comfortable with great A/C which was appreciated with the 100+ temperatures. The cabin was clean with a comfortable bed, shower with good water pressure and great WiFi. The issue we ran into to was that we arrived after dark and had a very difficult time finding the cabin due to the number of cabins and a poorly lit area. Also, the property management company also failed to inform us that the area was recovering from a forest fire that burned over 8,500 acres and the advertised pool was not useable and looked like it hadn’t been in operation for years. With 100° plus temperatures we were really looking forward to cooling off after the days activities. These issues were a negative but the cabin itself was comfortable and cozy, and the sunsets were breathtaking.

Excellent customer service by Vrbo!

We did not stay at the Park Creek Cabin because of a forest fire in the area. The day before we left, Vrbo sent me an email and said that the reservations were cancelled...due to circumstances beyond their control. We were offered a condo at the Moab Flats instead. We loved it! We were certainly disappointed about missing out on the cabin, but the Moab Flat condo was excellent. The condo was very well-appointed and in a great location to downtown Moab. We easily walked to great restaurants and shopping. The excellent customer service provided to us by Vrbo was outstanding. I highly recommend them, and I intend to use their service in the future.
