Full access to club amenities including pool (summer), tennis & pickleball courts, hot tub. Private access to 1.5 miles of gold-medal fly fishing in Rio Grande river. Premium bedding, Pak & Play. Spread out or cozy up to the gas fireplace. Well-equipped incl. Keurig, games, D/W, W/D & garage. Wifi. 3 Smart TVS (YouTubeTV & apps). Outdoor patio with grill, table & chairs.

Trout Creek is located on a cul de sac in the semi-private Rio Grande Club and Resort, ranked #1 by AvidGolfer for Best Southern Course in Colorado (Spring 2023). Timbers Grill is open to the public and perfect after golf or if just passing through. Lunch and dinner served Wednesday-Saturday (hours vary depending on season). Patio open in warmer months to enjoy the mountain views.

Perfect Retreat

We have stayed in many different condos in River Club over the years, and Trout Creek rates as one of the best. The condo is beautifully appointed and very nicely equipped and well stocked. The included amenities of golf and fishing was definitely a plus. We will definitely rent Trout Creek again.

Rio Grande Getaway

Great condo with a prime location and the included Rio Grande Club amenities are unmatched. Not only was the condo perfect but getting 2 free greens fees a day and access to the whole Rio Grande Club was amazing. We didnt take advantage of the trout fishing access but that looked excellent.

Great house in a beautiful place! Good layout for a family. The hosts and their communication were excellent. We rented Trout Creek when in town for our son’s wedding, and they were so helpful and answering questions and even working with us on some last-minute changes. Altogether we rented four houses in South Fork for the wedding, and Trout Creek was by far the best.

This house is gorgeous! There is so much space, it is much bigger than it looks in pictures. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. All bedding and furnishings are top quality. Miriam was super helpful in every way! We had the best week!

“Trout Creek” is a delightful home base for adventure in every season! Our party of 7 was cozy & content our entire stay. The thoughtful owners have created a haven to return after enjoying southern Colorado’s numerous outdoor activities. Their attention to detail & clear communication provides their guests with all information & items for a fabulous stay! From lovely linens & towels to a well-stocked kitchen with great cookware, bakeware, & serving dishes, the owners graciously provide an easy & welcoming space to make lasting memories with family & friends. A resounding “Bravo!” from our entire group! We love southern CO & northern NM & this is a place worth returning!
