Welcome to your fully furnished 1BR at Marenas Resort. This beachfront stay feels like your own private hotel suite with a king bed, Sofa bed, ensuite bath & private balcony overlooking the Atlantic and Intracoastal. Step straight onto 2.5 miles of white sand, enjoy resort amenities, and relax with Smart TV, fast WiFi, full kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Close to everything that Miami has to offer.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE:

➜ The building holds a refundable security deposit upon check-in and a non-refundable resort fee payable directly at the front desk. Before booking, please make sure that you have read and agreed to the hotel's $100 security deposit per day and $45 per day resort fee. This will be processed upon arrival at the hotel front desk, and any inquiries regarding this should be directed to the hotel front desk. All fees charged will be included in your checkout statement.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit, including the resort's pool and gym. Please, make yourself at home!



➤ Please note that this property does NOT include parking, however, there is PAID valet parking available for $35 per night per vehicle on site.

➤ Early Arrival & Luggage Storage: If you arrive before check-in, the concierge can securely hold your luggage so you can relax and enjoy the hotel amenities, including the Pool and beach. We cannot accommodate any earlier check-in or late Check-out. We apologize as we cannot make any exceptions.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.
