After raising our family in this condo, we recently renovated and upgraded it to provide a modernized and stylish offering to the Isla Verde vacation rental market. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, and bathrooms, along with in-unit laundry, new flat panel cable tv, and broadband/wifi internet connectivity, we invite you to kick off your shoes and make our home yours during your stay.
If you feel like getting out and seeing the town, the famous El San Juan Hotel + Casino, Ritz Carlton, and other Resorts are in walking distance, along with too many restaurants to list. A 10min drive will put you in the middle of Old San Juan where you can step back in time walking the cobbled streets, and taking in the Spanish Colonial Architecture. 30min will put you at the foot of El Yunque, Puerto Rico's rainforest, where you can hike lush trails that meander through waterfalls and exotic wildlife.

After living in Puerto Rico for several decades, and retiring from engineering and banking careers, my wife and I recently moved to Miami. Although we were saddened to leave our friends and family behind, we are delighted to share the "local" secrets we have learned over the years with you. When we are unable to do it ourselves, our local friends keep the apartment in tip-top shape to ensure it is clean and orderly for your arrival.

We purchased this condo first as a home in 1979 to raise our family in, and not wanting to let go of it, have converted it to a vacation rental in 2011.
When we visit our property we enjoy catching up with our friends and family, and visiting our favorite places (restaurants, parks etc.), but most of all we cannot wait to pull up a front row seat on the balcony to take in the sights, sounds, and smells of our backyard, the Atlantic Ocean.
This condo was terrific. The layout and interior were perfect for our preteens and grandmother--we used the kitchen to make many meals at home and were comfortable on the balcony and just lazing around during the rain. The property is very well-maintained and the pool was awesome. The beach is very clean and spacious and the water pristine. Parking was easy and convenient.
The street side is a bit loud, but not unexpected for a city location. There were lots of fast food chains and a few vacant properties, but some gems stood out.
Millie was very helpful as we were preparing for our trip and we would rent again if we return to San Juan.
This property has an excellent location. Beautiful beach and good food nearby. Try the El Alambique for lunch or Dinner, Espana Bakery for great sandwiches, but has much more to offer also. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Just came back from one week stay. There were 6 of us staying in this condo. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed. The view was spectacular. The security was very good and it had a large pool shared by the condo next door. The bedrooms are directly facing the busy street and this was a concern because of the noise but we didn't find it bad at all. Lots of room for 6 adults. We went to the beach almost everyday and it was a beautiful beach and never too busy.
Our family of 2 adults, 4 teens stayed at Millie's condo after our cruise. The location is absolutely perfect on a beautiful beach, with enough waves for great boogie boarding. It was easy walking distance to a grocery store, Walgreen's (across the street) & many restaurants. The condo itself was spacious & well stocked & we loved morning coffee & evening wine on the deck...such an amazing view. We did rent a car for 2 days from Charlie's across the street...great service & price.
It was a pleasure to deal with Millie & communication was excellent. The only (minor) negative is the noise of the pizza place across the street (which does have great pizza!)....but we are sound sleepers so not an issue for any of us. Bring a pair of ear plugs if you are a light sleeper & you will be fine. The price, location & amenities will make it worthwhile.
