Spacieuse nouvelle maison de ville avec garage pour 2 voitures, 2700 pieds carrés à étaler.

Grandes chambres à coucher, avec 3. 5 salles de bains, granit avec douches en mosaïque, 3 baignoires, 2 suites principales. 2 lits king size, 2 lits queen size, 4 lits jumeaux, 2 lits gigognes, un canapé futon et 2 lits jumeaux gigognes. 14-16 personnes confortablement.

Nouveau bain à remous privé pour 6 personnes situé sur le patio arrière avec barrière de protection de la vie privée. patio arrière avec des sièges confortables et un grand barbecue à gaz accroché à la conduite de gaz, pas de réservoir de propane.

Nous avons une chambre d'enfants avec 4 lits jumeaux et des jouets pour divertir les enfants pendant les temps morts.

Grand garage 2 voitures avec 2 parking sur l'allée. Belle cuisine avec comptoirs en granit et appareils en acier inoxydable, bien garni avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous avez besoin, y compris un grille-pain, mixeur, mijoteuse, cafetière et plaque chauffante. Sièges pour 12 à table et tabourets. Grande coupe en cuir avec un énorme HD TV écran plat dans le salon avec lecteur Blu-ray. 3 chambres avec un lecteur de TV à écran et Blu-ray plat. HD TV par câble et wifi haut débit.

Grande machine à laver flambant neuf et sèche-linge avec du savon disponible pour les locataires utilisent. Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond pour un confort accru. 2 terrasses extérieures au large des chambres à l'étage. Clean, Well Suppied, and Lots of Room.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious home. They have lots of towels, dishes, and supplies. Our kids lived the pool, hot tub, and toys. We loved the well stocked kitchen and master bedroom.

Couldn’t have been better!

We had the best stay! It is a huge house and had plenty of room for our whole family. Everyone had their own space but great places to gather as well. As we walked through the house when we got there my mom said, save this one!!

Beautiful home with plenty of space!

The home was exactly as described online. It's large and could sleep at least 10 people (but there was only three of us during this trip). The property manager responded back immediately with any questions we had before the stay and was very helpful. The fishing/duck pond is so cute and is within walking distance (just a few homes away). We would stay again!

Great home near Zion

We had a great rental experience here. The bedrooms were big and the beds were very comfortable! The owners were very easy to communicate with and quickly responded and addressed the minor issue we had with the garbage disposal. The community pool was great, although it was pretty crowded. We were able to drive to Zion and Kanab and enjoy the beauty of southern Utah!

Excellent property, just as describe

The property was excellent, great getaway to rest on our zion visit. It is not far from Zion, very clean and spacious house. It has everything you need for your stay. On top of it, it has a nice pool and outdoor Jacuzzi plus game room at the club. We did not get to enjoy this amenities because most of the day I was at National Parks, but overall very satisfy with this rental, very responsive guest.

Great team gathering place

We rented this by place for our girls golf team to stay for preseason matches. It was a perfect location by the courses we played and the commute into town was quick. The house was great with the master on the main floor so I could give all the girls their space on the upper level. We will definitely try to stay in this exact house next year!!!

Great Stay

This home was very clean and comfortable. We loved that there was plenty of space for all 10 of us to eat in the kitchen and use the living room as well. It’s spacious and everything we needed was there. The hot tub was great and so was the club house. The host was great about communicating with us. 10/10

Great place to stay.

I would have given it 5 stars but the Blueray ate a DVD. Clean and has great rooms and location. Owners have been good to work with. See if I get reimbursed for my DVD the machine ate. If so I will get back on the review and give it five stars.

Great Memories

I wanted to get a place where my family and friends had a roomy and nice place to stay while I was supporting my 90 year old father in the senior games in St George. What an amazing place we stayed. A little ways away from the hustle and bustle of center St George. The house was fully equipped and the club house had two nice pools and hot tubs that we enjoyed everyday. It was a great memory that I can have.

Great home in a nice community

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is a few short miles from the freeway with nice access to many fun things in the area. The hot tub was nice and the community clubhouse with pools and hot tubs was great. The home has access to TV and streaming services with TVs in all rooms. There were a ton of bath and pool towels for everyone. The linen closet had backup sheets if needed. The home was nice, clean and inviting. We hope to stay again.

Best place in Washington Utah!

This is our second year staying at this property and it did not disappoint again. The beds are comfortable, the living, dining, and kitchen great room is large and easily accommodated the 5 of us. Several people can work in the kitchen together. The back patio is comfortable and hot tub clean and hot! The kitchen if equipped with lots of dishes, flatware, pans, and appliances. The fridge has filtered water for refilling our water bottles. The new television in the living room is huge and easy to use. We loved it there.

Spacious, clean, well-equipped

This was a great spot for my buddies and I to stay while hiking, mountain biking and ATVing in Zion NP and the surrounding area. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. (Lots of towels!) Cold AC when we needed a break from the desert heat. Comfy hot tub to soothe sore muscles at the end of the day. Large grill that we used to cook a great tri-tip one night, and that would also have worked to make lots of burgers or steaks for a bigger crowd. Price was lower than motel rooms for a similar-sized group would have been, for much nicer amenities.

Perfect! Everything you need and Gorgeous!

We stay in a LOT of VRBO properties. This was at the very top. New, beautifully decorated, spacious. The master bedroom, bathroom and closet were huge on the main level. The kids room upstairs with the double bunkbeds was a hit with our kids. It had a large dollhouse with barbies and babies. There were picture books, tons of legos, play table, cars, toddler toys. The other bedroom upstairs was beautiful and had a large queen and a closet big enough to fit a pack n play (nap tricks) The third bedroom upstairs was gigantic - like another master suite. Enormous closet, great bathroom with an awesome shower and jetted tub and two large queen beds. Everything was well thought out. All of the amenities and items you might need. We had a wonderful time. This fit our family of 8 really well. You could have EASILY fit a whole other family with ours! The whole house is lovely.

Wonderful family sized home

Our stay was wonderful. This home is big enough for families to enjoy and have room to spread out and relax. The house is clean and accommodations are plentiful and in good condition. The beds and bedding are comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare and serve meals for a group. The pool and clubhouse area are beautiful and well maintained. There are two pools and jacuzzis with lots of chairs and covered area for tables. There is a small workout room, ping pong, and football In the large clubhouse room. The location of this home is great, right off I-15, but far enough you don’t hear noise from the highway. The owners are very quick to answer any questions you may have. I would stay at this home again.

We are a family of 8 from North Salt Lake. We love to spend time outside exploring amazing new places. We love to hike, mountain bike, raft, and swim, anything outside. Rich and I are from Colorado but moved to Utah 9 years ago. We first visited St George a little over a year ago and fell in love with the beauty of the area. Its options for outdoor adventures is second to none. We have 6 kids, ages ranging from 15-5, 3 boys, 3 girls.

We love the proximity to so many amazing places such as Zions, Kolob Canyon, Quail Creek Reservoir, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Snow Canyon, Historic St George, and Pioneer Park. We also love the paved and dirt bike paths in close proximity to the home.

We are a large family and have struggled in the past to find accommodations that fit our needs. We have stayed in rentals in the past but they still were a little tight. We love the roominess of the Congressional floor plan, 2700 sq feet. We also love the pool and hot tub. The bedrooms are huge and are more than enough space for our family and friends.
