Spacious 4 bedroom town-home with 2 car garage, 2700 square feet to spread out.

Huge bedrooms, with 3.5 bathrooms, granite throughout with tile showers, 3 bath tubs, 2 master suites. 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 4 twin beds, 2 twin mattress pullouts, a futon sofa and 2 pull out twins. Sleeps 14-16 comfortably.

4 flat screen TVs, 60-inch screen in main room, private hot tub

Private 6 person hot tub on back patio with privacy fence. Back patio with comfortable seating and large gas grill hooked to gas line, no propane tank.

We have a kids room with 4 twin beds and toys to keep kids entertained in the 'downtime.'

Large 2 car garage with 2 car parking on driveway. Beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, well stocked with all the cooking supplies you may need including a toaster, blender, crockpot, coffee maker and griddle. Seating for 12 at table and barstools. Large leather sectional with huge HD flat screen TV in living room with Blu-ray player. 3 bedrooms have flat screen TV's and Blu-ray players. HD Cable TV and high speed wifi.

Large washing machine and dryer with soap available for renters use. All rooms have ceiling fans for added comfort. 2 outdoor patios off the upstairs bedrooms. Access to 2 community pools heated 88 degrees year round, 2 community hot tubs, fitness room, club house. Fishing pond and close access to paved bike paths as well as mountain biking. Golf course is next to community.

Beautiful home with plenty of space!

The home was exactly as described online. It's large and could sleep at least 10 people (but there was only three of us during this trip). The property manager responded back immediately with any questions we had before the stay and was very helpful. The fishing/duck pond is so cute and is within walking distance (just a few homes away). We would stay again!

Great home near Zion

We had a great rental experience here. The bedrooms were big and the beds were very comfortable! The owners were very easy to communicate with and quickly responded and addressed the minor issue we had with the garbage disposal. The community pool was great, although it was pretty crowded. We were able to drive to Zion and Kanab and enjoy the beauty of southern Utah!

Great home in a nice community

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is a few short miles from the freeway with nice access to many fun things in the area. The hot tub was nice and the community clubhouse with pools and hot tubs was great. The home has access to TV and streaming services with TVs in all rooms. There were a ton of bath and pool towels for everyone. The linen closet had backup sheets if needed. The home was nice, clean and inviting. We hope to stay again.

Great Stay

This home was very clean and comfortable. We loved that there was plenty of space for all 10 of us to eat in the kitchen and use the living room as well. It’s spacious and everything we needed was there. The hot tub was great and so was the club house. The host was great about communicating with us. 10/10

Best place in Washington Utah!

This is our second year staying at this property and it did not disappoint again. The beds are comfortable, the living, dining, and kitchen great room is large and easily accommodated the 5 of us. Several people can work in the kitchen together. The back patio is comfortable and hot tub clean and hot! The kitchen if equipped with lots of dishes, flatware, pans, and appliances. The fridge has filtered water for refilling our water bottles. The new television in the living room is huge and easy to use. We loved it there.

Great team gathering place

We rented this by place for our girls golf team to stay for preseason matches. It was a perfect location by the courses we played and the commute into town was quick. The house was great with the master on the main floor so I could give all the girls their space on the upper level. We will definitely try to stay in this exact house next year!!!

Couldn’t have been better!

We had the best stay! It is a huge house and had plenty of room for our whole family. Everyone had their own space but great places to gather as well. As we walked through the house when we got there my mom said, save this one!!

Wonderful family sized home

Our stay was wonderful. This home is big enough for families to enjoy and have room to spread out and relax. The house is clean and accommodations are plentiful and in good condition. The beds and bedding are comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare and serve meals for a group. The pool and clubhouse area are beautiful and well maintained. There are two pools and jacuzzis with lots of chairs and covered area for tables. There is a small workout room, ping pong, and football In the large clubhouse room. The location of this home is great, right off I-15, but far enough you don’t hear noise from the highway. The owners are very quick to answer any questions you may have. I would stay at this home again.

The property was great for what we needed. Easily fit my family and my brothers family. Very big bedrooms. Big walk in closets. The jacuzzi was nice as well. The owners were very responsive too. Great trip.

Roomy, clean and attractive condo

The condo is in a small neighborhood of similar condos, most of which appear to be rentals. Common pool and hot tub area was very busy during our stay late March. It was spring break for many schools. Otherwise, quiet neighborhood. Property mgr very responsive to any requests. There are no views and minimal outdoor space. Nice hot tub though. Very clean. Kitchen very well equipped, which we find unusual. Need more wine glasses though.☺️ Washington is between St George and Hurricane, closer to Hurricane. Walmart about 10 minutes away. Other shopping either direction somewhat longer.

Huge house

We go to So Utah often as our daughter and grandkids live there. We stay at Coral Ridge because of the facilities, they have 2 swimming pools and hot tubs, the location and it’s a nice community. This home is huge. The pictures don’t do it justice. It has 4 large bedrooms with bathrooms. It was clean and well maintained. The hot tub in the backyard was nice to have for personal use. We will stay there again.

Great house in st George Zion area

This place was amazing ! Clean awesome location rooms were great ! Playground right across from house for little ones ! The only thing that we wished was that the tv in the kids bedroom had worked but other than that it was awesome ! Definitky will stay again !!!

We are a family of 8 from North Salt Lake. We love to spend time outside exploring amazing new places. We love to hike, mountain bike, raft, and swim, anything outside. Rich and I are from Colorado but moved to Utah 9 years ago. We first visited St George a little over a year ago and fell in love with the beauty of the area. Its options for outdoor adventures is second to none. We have 6 kids, ages ranging from 15-5, 3 boys, 3 girls.

We love the proximity to so many amazing places such as Zions, Kolob Canyon, Quail Creek Reservoir, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Snow Canyon, Historic St George, and Pioneer Park. We also love the paved and dirt bike paths in close proximity to the home.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We are a large family and have struggled in the past to find accommodations that fit our needs. We have stayed in rentals in the past but they still were a little tight. We love the roominess of the Congressional floor plan, 2700 sq feet. We also love the pool and hot tub. The bedrooms are huge and are more than enough space for our family and friends.
