Jason was an excellent communicator. The home had convenient access to restaurants and coffee shops as well as the trolley. Staying downtown of course meant there was a bit of noise one night but it barely bothered us. We would stay here again.
The condo has a great location. We were able to walk to wherever we wanted to be. It was clean, and exactly as advertised. The most important thing to me was safety and I felt completely safe with this condo. After staying here, I wouldn’t book anywhere else in New Orleans.
Been to New Orleans many times but this was the first time we did a vrbo.Great quiet area in what I like to call the lawyer district. Close enough to the action but also just far away enough to get good sleep. As far as the vrbo it was spacious with great views and comfortable.Beds were great and living room with the couch was a great place to relax and reflect on all the great things we did throughout the day. Didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed to be stocked if you wanted to cook. Overall would definitely stay here again and suggest to anyone looking to stay in New Orleans!
This rental was in a great location. You could see the stadiums from the windows. Which was nice because we had an unexpected rainy day we didn't know what to fill with and we looked out the window and grabbed tickets to an NBA game and were able to walk there. I would highly recommend a game if you're in town it was fantastic! It was far enough away from the French quarter where there wasn't a lot of chaos all the time but close enough that you could get there easily. I had been to New Orleans when I was younger and wanted to show much kids around the city.
We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO apartment during our son’s Tulane graduation weekend. The location was fantastic—so close to the Superdome and very convenient for getting around New Orleans. We especially appreciated how easy the parking access was. The apartment itself is spacious, full of beautiful natural light, and has great urban views that really added to the experience. It was very comfortable for 5 adults to stay together. The a/c worked well. Security is good and we felt safe. The kitchen is modern and well equipped.Overall, the apartment worked very well for us and was a great home base for a special family weekend. A few small updates would make it even better: the bathrooms could use a little sprucing up, and I would prefer white sheets and towels rather than the dark grey ones provided. The apartment did not feel dirty, but the carpets could probably use a cleaning. That said, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a roomy, well-located place in New Orleans.
Jason was very helpful and responsive. The unit was clean and spacious.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Parking and check-in were smooth, and the location is convenient. As other reviews have mentioned, the unit could use a deep cleaning as well as some basic repairs, like patching and painting leaks, or hanging more hooks for towels. Also important to note that the three beds are full sized, not queen.

Courtney thank you for staying and for your review. I must correct one thing. The beds are queens not full. All beds in our 8 units are queens or kings. We have no full size beds on property.
We had a great stay. Great communication with host. Got inside no problem, place was very secure. Everything was as advertised, when in New Orleans with a group this will be my first choice.
This condo is beautiful, vintage and has amazing views. All the creature comforts and the owner was 100% hospitable and responded VERY quickly for all my questions.
Very nice condo that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay in N.O.. Good location that’s close to grocery stores and not far away from downtown.
It was nice to have 3 separate rooms and 2 bathroom. I was however, disappointed as to how noisy it was. We could hear the people upstairs talking and the noise coming off of the busy road below. It definitely needs good deep cleaning and decent towels and linen. The towels felt like they came from the gym.

Thank you for your review. While the comments you made are not typical of the 500 plus guest who have stayed at this property, we do value your feedback and will use it to better the property for future guest. Thank you again for staying.
The stay was really good. Only drawback was the AC in the largest bedroom in the back did not work after 2 days. Also, the toilet in the hall had a really slow tank refill after flushing. Otherwise the space was perfect.
We arrived on Saturday afternoon and stayed through Monday. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice, and this apartment had a secure entrance and on site parking. We loved the local pizza restaurant, Pizza Luna, and the nearby grocery market. Overall we had an amazing time! We would definitely rent this apartment again!!!
Check in was relatively easy. Did need some assistance as we arrived after hours-help was provided. Parking spaces assigned to guests were always available. We got quick responses with other questions during our stay. The condo was as pictured, but agree with others that it would benefit from a deep clean. Gave host feedback on specifics. Space was comfortable, TV’s in all bedrooms a nice touch. Beds were comfortable. Room temperatures vary (even if the zones are set at same temp). Would recommend closing blinds all the way during the day-especially in the room with 2 beds as the sun warmed up the room significantly. Notes:A coffee pot and washer/dryer are listed, but you will need your own coffee and laundry soap. Fortunately a nice grocery store and a CVS are super close. This condo is in the city. And the windows are old. Street noise is loud if not used to city living. Using white noise was helpful. The noise from the unit above was a bit challenging at night. Using white noise was needed and helpful.
We stayed here to be close to downtown so we could celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. Great secure location with parking and easy access to unit. The unit had everything you needed in it and views of downtown. We would definitely come back! The host was very easy to to contact and quick to respond.
The place was very well maintained.very nice and properly stocked. The only issue was the hot water was minimum in the shower. We had to contniue to turn the hande. But that wouldnt stop us from coming back though. We really enjoyed the location. Very safe and comfortable plce.
