Nestled in one of the area's most desirable locations, this lakefront gem is just a pleasant walk from the Village's boutique shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Contemporary finishes complement rustic mountain touches throughout this spacious two-story home, complete with central heating for effortless year-round comfort.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 3200+ sq ft home with living room ceiling fan, dining table, bar seating, smart TV, wood burning fireplaces, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 5 bedroom, 3.5 baths. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, fireplace, ceiling fan, smart TV, and private bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and a separate entrance. Downstairs third bedroom has 2 queen beds, smart TV, and ceiling fan. Upstairs fourth bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and veiling fan. Upstairs Fifth bedroom has 2 double/twin bunk beds, smart TV, ceiling fan, and foosball table. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops with desk area, stainless steel appliances, bar, six burner stove, double oven, double door refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, crockpot, instapot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with pool table, ping pong, smart TV, and access to upper deck. Kids bunk room has a foosball table. Cinema room with surround sound. Board games and card games. TVs with streaming apps and fast WiFi. Laundry room with NEW side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Propane barbecue, outdoor seating, and outdoor ceiling fan. Large backyard with deck, cornhole, and firepit. The lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes and put them away.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.

Great place! Great location!

great experience

great first time experience with cabins . it was very clean and ready to use . pretty spacious and everything is very close by like restaurants stores and boat rides . definitely recommend cool cabins for being so attentive and always answering my every question or concern . the only thing is that the bathrooms have no lock to their door and it was a bit too warm at night . but if u open the windows it was cool and perfect . my mom had a great time for her birthday . you can add the birthday package and it includes decorations, roses , and cake ❤️🙏

Review of stay

Overall, the cabin was beautiful and it was a nice stay. The only thing was when the power was out from the cabin on Saturday March 09th. This was unfortunate and no one from the cool bear cabins staff told us anything or may us aware of what was going on. The power was out for approximately four hours. Then to top it off later that night we attempted to use the grill but it was out of propane, causing us to plan around another misfortunate event. We may do with what we had but those events cause a major inconvenience through out our stay. If those events did not occurred I would have left a five star review.

The cabin looked good from the outside but the back yard had 2 dirty diapers smeared on the ground . Only one of the showers worked properly the other 2 we were not able to use because of water pressure issues and the temperatur e of the water in the upstairs master bedroom either being very cold or extremely hot (which actually burned one of the kids in our party). None of the bathroom locks worked??? And overall cleanliness of the cabin was not what we expected from our previous experiences staying at different cabins throughout the years. One of the TVs was sotred away in the bottom closet/storage??? The grill gas tank had no gas so when it came to dinner we had to postpone everything and go fill up the BBQ gas tank. The refrigerator was also dirty. One of the pool cues was broken. The backyard was a complete mess. Not sure why the neglect.

Casa de Oso

The property was nice. I was disappointed that the advertised Jacuzzi didn't work. The inside was clean, though the windows in the bedroom on the main floor was broken and didn't work. Also, the bunk beds squeaked horribly, making it hard for kids to sleep. We enjoyed the outside patio, but it was dirty with cobwebs and dust. The bbq ran out of propane. The floor on the upstairs deck was broken and you felt you were going to fall through with every step. the upstairs deck was dirtier and more unkepted then the downstairs. We were disappointed we didn't have dock access, but the view was nice.

Perfect Lake Home

This was our second stay at Casa De OSA and it never disappoints. Beautiful home with plenty of room for the kids and their friends. Pool table, theater room and jacuzzi for fun family memories. Right on the lake, so it’s the perfect home in the perfect location. Great family memories made here that will last a lifetime.

Casa De Oso Lakefront

Stayed here for labor day weekend. Was told it had a great lakefront view but when we got there and went to look at the lake there was a bunch of old junk that blocked our view that should be removed. Inside was dirty with way to many rugs everywhere that looked like they haven't been cleaned in years. The master shower was broke and had a steam shower that didn't work. Spider webs every where on the outside that should be cleaned. Really old furniture. This place was to expensive for what it was.
