Great home, beautiful views, quiet neighbors. Close to bus stops, if guests choose public transportation. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place, great location, well stocked and perfect for a family. Wonderful and easy communication with host who was great and unobtrusive. Only thing we missed was a coffeemaker! We will seek to stay again when visiting family in town.
This home was clean, bright, and airy-- a lovely refuge to return to after days exploring the city. The owners were very communicative and responsive; we felt well-cared for. The location in very easy walking distance of a few central bus lines made it so easy to catch transit to the University District or downtown, and we also took advantage of a nearby neighborhood grocery. My family would be delighted to stay here again if we come back to Seattle.
Good house with beautiful views. Very convenient location with access to highways not too far and Fremont restaurants close by within 5 minute drive. Communication with the property manager was quite good. There were minor issues and those were promptly resolved. They made sure that we were happy.
The property was clean and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable but needed extra pillows and blankets. There were a lot of stairs not mentioned for some of the senior guests but it was manageable. Also, very few mirrors for any guests who needed to get ready. No full length mirror (ladies know this matters). Great location and communication! Gorgeous view and beautiful home. Not many restaurant options walking distance. You'll need a car or uber.
We enjoyed our stay everything was clean and up to date. Our biggest stressor was the noise policy that wasn’t clearly outlined on the listing. We were very upfront with what the purpose of our trip was- we weren’t having a party but we were hosting our sons graduation celebration, with some friends and they were nervous to watch a movie after 10pm due to a possible charge of 500 if they were too loud. Also even though the place stayed sleeping 8- we got charged for additional guests over 4- which seemed unreasonable and also not up front about the additional costs, we paid for a house that sleeps 8 we shouldn’t have had to pay extra for that amount of guests- Great walk score and comfortable beds.

Thanks for staying with us Hatha, glad everything was clean and comfortable. Regarding the additional guest fee, our pricing adjusts based on the number of guests to account for additional wear and usage. Since the reservation was originally booked for 4 guests, the difference was applied when the group size was updated. Regarding the noise policy, normal activity like watching TV at a reasonable volume is totally fine. We only ask that guests be mindful of excessive noise that could disturb neighbors
Lovely property with nice views; walk to Woodland Park Zoo
We stayed in this kid friendly, but also very well appointed property with 3 kids under the age of 5. Lots of stairs but worked well for us. Lots of light, great views, nice quiet neighborhood. Parking is a little difficult; it is a tight little area and people block the driveway, which is very small and leads to a tiny narrow garage that I did not dare try to pull a suburban into. Overall, very nice. Would definitely stay here again
The house is very nice. The decor is nice, cabinets are labeled, view is nice, kitchen is stocked well. If you have a car, the turn into the driveway is a little tight if cars are parked on the street in front of the house. I had a mid size SUV, which was tight, but fine. The only thing missing would be some family games. I did not see any. Host replied quickly to messages. Thank you again! Also, I love the fact that the rental is run by a group of mothers and not some corporation.
It's a beautiful house and I really appreciated how you helped me coordinate my family's Thanksgiving meal. We all were so comfortable, large open living room, great long dining room table.
- all the bedrooms are spacious and as listed if not bigger. great for combinations (couples, kids, singles) of guests.
- the kitchen is large and great counter space to lay out buffet and desserts. Property can sleep 8 but really does not have plates/glasses/flatware to support that many and I would advise guests to bring disposable in order to lay out a full meal. There was a lovely new roasting pan (thank you!) but not many kitchen tools.
- guests have to be comfortable climbing stairs. This is clearly listed. It's a real hike to unload suitcases/boxes from garage to kitchen and top bedrooms.
- bathrooms super clean and the master bath so relaxing. Lots of room if you're getting ready for an event.
- parking is very tight/small. If you have the option to bring the small car, do!
- beautiful view, really nice small balcony spaces. We're so glad we visited and thank you again!
It was great having our own driveway. Not having to search for a place to park on very crowded streets in Seattle was very helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and located reasonably close to sites and businesses by car. We would stay here again.
This place was perfect for our family and in-laws while visiting to attend our daughter's graduation from UW. There was plenty of comfortable space for everyone, it had beautiful views, and was a well-stocked house, all in a convenient location. We were most grateful when, after accidentally leaving jewelry in the home when we checked out, we were able to find and retrieve it as we passed back through Seattle before heading home with the help of the house cleaners. We are grateful beyond words.
