Enjoy a hot tub, sauna, and private pontoon for the ultimate Minnesota lake experience. Hillcrest Manor features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it ideal for multi-generational families and groups looking to relax, reconnect, and spend quality time together. Cozy yet spacious, the home offers multiple gathering areas, including a comfortable lower-level den with a 75-inch smart TV and sectional sofa, plus quiet spaces where everyone can unwind and find their own sense of calm.

We are right off major HWY 371, there is only a road and a ditch separating us from the HWY.

*Pontoon Rental* 325.00 per day up to 4 days. $1,625.00 for 5-7 days. $500.00 refundable security deposit required

Please do not strip beds, our cleaning crew will handle this.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Fireplace is not available for wood burning. $500.00 fine may incur from unauthorized or attempted wood burning in the fireplace.
Hot Tub/Pontoon Release(s) must be signed and sent back prior to guest arrival.

Amenities like pontoon boat, kayaks, and hot tub were nice. Beautiful lake views, nice deck by the lake. Plenty of essentials; coffee, towels, paper items. Newer TVs. I think the host thought of everything a renter could need. Convenient location for grocery shopping, access to Nisswa shops and restaurants. Lots of parking on site. One or two beds could be upgraded. Refrigerator/freezer could be upgraded. The property is right on Hwy 371, so the traffic detracted somewhat from the peace and quiet, but less noticeable down by the lake.
