Situated at 7,900 feet in the rolling foothills, this neighborhood provides a slice of mountain life within the metropolitan area of Denver. It`s tucked away just east of Denver in the foothills, in a prime central location to both Red Rocks & Evergreen.

There is plenty of parking (driveway) for cars, campers, trailers, etc or feel free to use the 2 car heated covered garage.

IMPORTANT: 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended in winter months. Our contract with the snow plowing company states that plows will be deployed only once 6” of snow has accumulated on the roads. We will not be able to send someone until then.
