We loved the house! Very cozy, had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Host communicates fast and was very nice. Would definitely stay here again as location close to the highway was also perfect.
The home itself was nice, and the interior accommodations were comfortable and generally met our needs. Communication with the host was also very good, and we appreciated how responsive they were. That said, we were disappointed with the overall value of the stay. We understand that pricing can fluctuate based on demand, but we paid well over double the property’s typical nightly rate, and unfortunately, the condition and location did not feel consistent with that price point. The home could use some maintenance, and we had a significant ant problem in both the bedrooms and bathrooms during our stay. The surrounding neighborhood was also not what we expected based on the listing. While we personally did not experience any safety issues, we would have chosen to spend a little more to stay in a different area had we had a better understanding of the location beforehand.Overall, the house itself was comfortable and the host’s communication was excellent, but at the rate we paid, we did not feel the stay provided good value.
We stayed here for GoldenSky a 3 day music festival at discovery park. Although it was a 15-20 minute drive. We enjoyed this place very much. Beds were comfortable, it was clean, and homey feeling. Noah (the host) was so friendly and responded right away to my messages. A lot of nearby amenities. The neighborhood was quiet, neighbors had a party of some sort but it did not bother us at all. I would stay here again if I needed to.
