The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is just a short distance from Rockport Beach, a family-friendly destination known for its sandy shores, inviting waters, and recreational activities. Residents and visitors can easily access the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing.



Little Bay Shore embodies the coastal lifestyle with a mix of well-maintained homes. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Guest understands that a hot tub is available on the property for their private use. Guest assumes any and all liability from use of said hot tub. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and its employees from any claims, damages, and losses.

By booking this home, Guests agree not to hold the host or owner responsible for injury death or property damage.

HEALTH & SAFETY RESTRICTIONS
Guest agrees not to use the hot tub, and to inform all members of their party not to use the hot tub, under any of the following conditions:

- Pregnancy - Use of a hot tub during pregnancy poses serious health risks
- Intoxication - Do not use the hot tub while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any medication that may cause drowsiness, impaired judgment, or reduced physical ability
- Medical conditions - Individuals with heart disease, high or low blood pressure, circulatory disorders, diabetes, or any condition affected by heat should consult a physician before use
- Open wounds or skin infections - Do not enter the hot tub with open cuts, wounds, rashes, or communicable skin conditions
- Children under 5 - Children under the age of 5 are strictly prohibited from using the hot tub
- Children under 18 - Minors between the ages of 5 and 17 must be directly supervised by a responsible adult (age 21 or older) at all times while in or around the hot tub

HOT TUB OPERATING RULES

Guest agrees to abide by the following rules and to ensure all members of their party do the same:

1. Maximum temperature is 104 degrees - Do not adjust the thermostat above this limit.
2. Shower before entering the hot tub to remove lotions, sunscreen, makeup, and other contaminants that affect water chemistry and may cause skin reactions.
3. Do not use glass in or around the hot tub. Use plastic or metal cups only.
4. Do not submerge your head underwater.
5. Limit continuous soak time to 15 minutes, then exit, cool down, and hydrate before re-entering.
6. Remove all jewelry before use. Hot tub chemicals can damage metals and stones.
7. Inspect the water before each use. If the water appears cloudy, discolored, or has an unusual odor, do not use the hot tub and contact the host immediately.
8. Do not use the hot tub if any suction fittings are missing or damaged. Contact the host immediately if this is observed.
9. Replace and lock the cover when the hot tub is not in active use. This maintains water temperature, prevents debris contamination, and protects unsupervised children.
10. Do not climb, sit, stand, or lean on the hot tub cover. Damage to the cover will result in a repair/replacement charge.
11. Do not turn off, unplug, or tamper with the hot tub's electrical system or controls.
12. Quiet hours apply. If using the hot tub after 10:00 PM, keep noise to a minimum out of respect for neighbors. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or termination of the rental.
13. No pets in or around the hot tub.
14. No food in the hot tub.
