Charming 3-bedroom, 1-bath home in St. Peters. This bright, modern retreat comfortably fits families or groups. Features a full kitchen, unique art, and a private backyard with a fire pit. Dog-friendly! Enjoy private access to the entire home, including a garage. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.

​​​​​​Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:

We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great stay

Stayed at this house while attending a horse show. Enjoyed coming home to a nice, clean home with all the extras we needed to be comfortable. Thank you. We'd stay again.

Great Stay!

Overall, the stay was perfect for what we needed. The three king beds were amazing and the bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The host was very friendly and responded quick when I had questions. Them being pet friendly was such an added bonus so we could bring along our fur babies. We were hesitant at first to book because of it being in St. Peter’s, but with it being a few minutes from the highway it was easy to hop on and off the highway to get where we needed to go.

Holidays with grandkids

In town for 2 weeks and the stay was great. House was on a fairly quiet street and not far from our kids or shopping. Was plenty big for the 2 of us. Even when we had issues with the doors Jeffrey and his team got back to us pretty quick to rectify the problems. Great host

St louis trip

The property is well maintained and in a quiet, safe looking area. The only suggestion that I have is the mirrors and appliances were streaked which doesn't really affect the stay any, but definitely noticeable. Property manager was quick to respond to questions.

Cozy Getaway

We really enjoyed staying here! The king size beds were so comfortable, even my kids made a comment on how comfy they were. I really appreciated the little touches such as kids plates/cups, shampoo/conditioner and body wash available, plenty of towels, the hampers in each room along with the little suitcase table (not sure what it is called). The extra plug in buses for all of our electronics and fans were super helpful! I had to work, so the desk was very convenient and appreciated. The kids enjoyed playing in the backyard with the corn hole game and ladder ball that is provided. We would for sure stay again!
