We loved our stay at this rental in Santa Ana! The host was excellent and prompt with communication, and everything was as exactly as described in the listing! The rental was clean and inviting and also close to restaurants in the area. It was especially nice to have the free (included) parking right next door to the unit for our 2 vehicles. Also a plus that it is only a short 15 minute drive to the Disney parks.

The property was very nice. It was clean and provided a good base camp for our stay. The showers were great and it was really appreciated to have a full size fridge in the kitchen. I really appreciated the quick responses from Grace whenever we had questions. I would offer a couple of items that could be improved upon:1. The pillows were way too soft for us.2. The couch in the front room was not very comfortable to relax on after a long day out.3. It would be nice if coffee was provided for the coffee maker since we never know what kind of coffee maker is being provided at a VRBO.

The property appeared exactly as depicted in the photos. It was cozy and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well on warm days.To enhance the guest experience, the following items would be greatly appreciated:- Dressers: It was inconvenient to use our luggage without them.- Dishwasher: Handwashing dishes is a hassle.- Washer and Dryer: You have to walk into a shady alley to use them, and using coins is outdated and inconvenient.

Grace was super friendly and communicative throughout our entire stay. The apartment was very family friendly and so wonderfully perfect for young families! It came equipped with a pack n play, highchair, and children’s books! And a gym onsite to boot! Would highly highly recommend this apartment for young families looking for short term stay near Disneyland.
