Recently returned from a special July week-end vacation in St. Louis, and loved this apartment!! Excellent location, pleasant, tranquil neighborhood, near Benton Park! Loved the inviting layout, with clean, spacious bedrooms, well-working bathrooms, and well-appointed kitchen. Garage was a great bonus :)Great deal for a family vacation in St. Louis!Also, many thanks to our kind host for effective, prompt, and kind communication!

I was EXTREMELY disappointed. Came SEVEN for my birthday with my father. Bathrooms were unclean, bugs on counters, hair on pillows, stains on towels. Asked MULTIPLE times just to have bathrooms cleaned, wanted no refunds or anything. Just clean bathrooms, and the host would not even offer that. They did order clean towels to the home, that was the only consolation. Would not recommend St Louis location.

Convenient, Safe, Clean

I rented the townhome for my daughter’s family to stay in while visiting St Louis. The townhome is in a convenient location, was clean and spacious. It was in a location convenient to the city amenities and our visits with each other. The townhome looked like it’s pictures. It was a real plus to have a garage to park the car in, although there was plenty of street parking as well. The property manager was responsive to our needs.
