**Fees & Deposits**

- Pet fee: $125 per animal (well-behaved pets welcome!)

- Refundable security deposit: $500

- Lost remote control: $75 replacement fee



**Local Note**

- Street sweeping occurs Fridays from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Please move your vehicle to avoid a ticket — signs are also posted on the street.
