Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers. NO EXCEPTIONS

This is a luxury town home, located in the heart of old town and walking distance to all main attractions, including the famous sunset celebration, at Mallory Square.
You will enjoy the beautiful kitchen which includes viking appliances, custom kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops. It is beautifully furnished which includes furnisher from the Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville Resorts heavenly beds. The amenities include one assigned parking space, shared, pool and jacuzzi.
