From the large living/dining room with a coffee bar to the fully equipped kitchen, this home boasts three bedrooms and one bath with tub/shower. The backyard has multiple zones including outdoor dining, fully-covered patio, and firepit. The mature fruit trees create a secret garden, and when in season, provide fruit for the family. Bring Fido! Thereʻs a dog run in the back with shade.

Great, pet-friendly space

Cute and clean house with a nice, pet-friendly yard. Host was very communicative and easy to work with, our dogs felt right at home. Pretty quiet neighborhood overall, easy access to freeways, shopping, etc.

We had a great time staying at this home. It was very clean and accommodating. Not far from stores and freeways. A great backyard with tons of seating. Highly recommend staying here!

Nice neighborhood home

This house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of Sacramento. No one will say the Fruitridge area is a tourist area, but it was a wonderful stay for us as a jumping off place to visit family and have a nice time, or just relax in the backyard. What most impressed me about the Mamma Llama house is how well stocked it was with coffee pods, towels, kitchen appliances and such. And very comfortable.

Amazing home

The home is located perfectly near a park as well as all sort of shopping. We used it to spend time with family that live in Sac and kids from further south. Also used it to go consignment shopping. Plentybin the area for that!! Tons of possiblity and the house was amazing. Anything you might need. Hist was amazing beyond words and we would love it if she would host us again. 100% recommend this Host and location. Thank you again!!

I garden at my own home: dragon fruit, cherries, lemons, oranges, apples, fruit salad trees, artichokes adorn my yard along with more conventional vegetables in the raised beds.

Fruitridge is an amazing neighborhood with wonderful neighbors! This neighborhood is older with some original owners and young families. The home is close to everything and itʻs easy to find your way around.

What makes this property unique

Lots and lots of mature fruit trees are in the backyard. Please come and pick fruit (available seasonally) during your stay.
