Welcome to ‘Villa Majorca', a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom private luxury gated community vacation home in Palm Desert's 'Desert Breezes' featuring spectacular mountain views along with an endless supply of amenities and activities including a clubhouse with fitness center and meeting facilities, tennis & pickle-ball courts, and giant sparkling heated pools and spas. ‘Villa Majorca’ is a short walk right across the street from the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens and within close proximity to many area attractions.
Enjoy the tranquility ‘Villa Majorca’ offers while keeping the classic old Palm Springs desert feeling alive. The space is ideal for families and friends to be together while each room provides a generous amount of space and privacy for each guest without sacrificing luxury. The common areas promote togetherness whether that’s splashing in one of the many community pools, trying your luck with a fun game of poker at the table, having a cup of coffee outside on the patio basking in the early morning sunshine to the sounds of the happy birds circling overhead, curling up on the large sofa sectional to watch a movie, finding your inner chef in the kitchen and sharing a meal on the dining table, the possibilities are many…
Entire 1,441 sq ft home including two car garage is available for your next desert vacation! Two bedrooms total as follows: Master features a king bed with a 65” Smart TV with YouTube programming, ample closet space, and en-suite bathroom with large curb less walk-in rain shower/additional nozzle/sitting area, with double vanity sinks. Bedroom #2 features a queen bed and a 50” Smart TV with YouTube programming along with an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is also a full sofa bed in the living room for guests along with a sofa sectional, additional seating, and a 65” Smart TV with YouTube programming. Guest may also log into their own apps (Prime, Netflix, etc.). High speed Wi-Fi throughout the home at 300-400mbps.
Home features a two-person work desk, poker table, and outdoor patio entertainment area. Kitchen, furniture, and touches have modern flair. There is a six-person dining area, kitchen island with three stools, and stainless-steel appliances including a two-zone oven, microwave, air fryer, and both a Keurig and Nespresso pod style coffee makers. Outdoor four-person breakfast table and additional sofa seating area. Professionally landscaped with desert friendly plants along with two Myers lemon and one orange tree. Propane tank BBQ available. Washer and dryer is in the garage for guest use. Two car garage with air conditioning inside and epoxy finished floor available for guest parking. Guests can also use the driveway (no overnight street parking per HOA rules).
Two of the pools are heated on a rotating schedule throughout the year. During the early months of the year, the pool closest to ‘Villa Majorca’ is heated.
Walkable distance to Indian Wells Tennis Garden and also near other points-of-interest including:
- Old Town La Quinta: 5-minute drive
- El Paseo Shopping District: 10-minute drive
- Acisure Arena: 15-minute drive
- Empire Polo Fields for Music and Art Festivals: 15-minute drive
- Downtown Palm Springs/Airport: 35-minute drive
Additional Rules and Info:
- Noise from radios, music instruments, loudspeakers, sound amplifiers, and “any machine, device, or equipment including phones” that creates sound audibly outside of the rental home is prohibited after 10pm per HOA rules and in respect of the neighbors.
- Commercial vehicles and recreational vehicles (motor homes, campers, converted trucks, etc.) are not allowed to be parked, stored, kept, constructed, repaired or maintained anywhere on the property except for loading and unloading and must be removed within 24 hours per HOA rules. Boats and/or boat trailers are not allowed on the property.
- No pets allowed (please do not ask) as owner allergic.
- Post stay housekeeping is for two-and-a-half hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.
- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.
- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their driver’s license at check-in.
No mail box access is available. When placing an Amazon order kindly instruct them to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries.
Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid periodic mid-cleanings are available during your stay.
