Though the surrounding community is still under development, this finished home offers privacy, comfort, and scenic wonder in every season.

The kid-friendly loft is a highlight—complete with twin beds, beanbags, a board game nook, and a TV zone perfect for rainy-day play or evening wind-downs. Downstairs, a fully stocked kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, though local restaurants like Rosie’s Farmhouse Kitchen and High Point are just a short drive away.

Outdoors, relax in the screened-in bed swing, take in golden hour from the porch swing, or gather around the firepit under string lights with the bluff stretching endlessly beyond.

Perfect Retreat

Home perfectly suited our purpose of quiet Retreat and Rest in a relaxed setting. Roomy home and enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor spaces. Beautiful lush woods. Enjoyed bird song, and the rest of the sounds of the woods. We even appreciated one rainy day as the screened porch kept us dry as we simply read/napped had meals on the comfortable furniture provided on the porch. Loved the bed swing. We could even hear the creek below after the Big rain- since so wet- didn't get to hike down to see it. Owners did a great job furnishing home. Home has automatic drip coffee maker- brought our own preferred brew. Enjoyed High Point restaurant and Mountain Goat market for meals out- Hiked deer Lick retreat falls- The retreat was extremely helpful and responsive to all questions and needs- Thanks to The Retreat AND the Homeowners!

Beautiful property, very clean, and well decorated. We loved the fire pit, and spent a lot of time outdoors under the string lights enjoying a roaring fire! Communication was great and we had everything we needed to enjoy a fun weekend getaway! We will definitely visit again.

Let Mountain Mama Take You Away

Peaceful setting with the sounds of a creek and waterfall below. Take the time to hike down the hill to the creek, its worth it. We have stayed at this house a couple times now and its always very pleasant. Location is great and close to main street.

Beautiful Baseball Weekend
