Escape to our beautifully designed, modern 1-bedroom cottage, offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style. Whether you're here for a peaceful getaway, a solo business trip, or a romantic retreat, this charming space is designed with you in mind. Don't leave your furry friend behind! We welcome pets with a small cleaning fee of $60 for 1 pet and $75 for 2 pets, so your four-legged companion can enjoy the trip, too.

The Space:
A modern 1-bedroom cottage with everything you need for you stay including but not limited to; free parking, high-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, and W/D on sight. This cozy cottage is a perfect base for those looking to relax, recharge, and explore. With its thoughtful touches and quiet, peaceful atmosphere, it’s an ideal place to unwind after a day of sightseeing or work. Enjoy a spacious, fully updated interior with all the amenities you need to feel at home, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfy living area, and cozy bedroom.

Whether you're traveling for business, a romantic escape, or a family stay, our cottage offers a welcoming and relaxing environment for all types of guests. Nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, our cottage is just minutes away from the historic districts, local shops, cafes, and dining options. Pensacola Beach is a short 12-minute drive, giving you easy access to sandy shores and stunning sunsets. Adjacent to Old East Hill.

Getting Around:
We have bikes on site for guest to use. We are also within walking distance to a lot of local finds and PUBLIX.

Other Things to Note:
There are two bicycles available for you cruise to the Saturday farmer's market, local restaurants, and around downtown.

What a perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in Pensacola. The cottage was comfortable, well decorated, and provided everything we needed. We definitely have found our home-away-from home when we visit Pensacola the next time!

Great location. Close to everything in downtown P-Cola. Comfy bed and very clean. Owner was very kind and always making sure everything was ok and no problems. Will stay again if it’s just me and wife without kids! Thanks!

The house was exactly as advertised. The only down side for me was the size of the yard. I have a big dog, and the yard is rather small.

The host - not very. I had to call to get code around 5:00 pm. Took a while to get it. I will probably not use this unit again. The sane happenef last year by same host and I had to spend the first night in a hotel. I was in the place beside the 1 bedroom last year.

Definitely Charming and Cozy!

All of our expectations were met! Great location, quiet neighborhood, easy access by car to many of the highlights Pensacola has to offer! Communication with "property manager" was timely and helpful! Any concerns we had were answered quickly. We would consider returning to this property on our next visit to Pensacola.

Charming is an understatement

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is small but very charming—super clean, cozy, and well taken care of. You can really tell the hosts put thought into the space. The only thing we wish had been different were the check-in and check-out times. A 4 PM check-in and 10 AM check-out made the stay feel a little hurried. Otherwise, it was a great experience and we’d definitely stay again! Do yourself a favor and hit that "book" button!

Super cute place

Overall the property was lovely. It was well decorated and it felt spacious for both of us. It would be nice to have 4 chairs available to eat at the table. We had friends over one day for lunch. We made do with the chairs from the porch but they sat just a bit low. We hope to be able to stay there again when we are in the Pensacola area.

Pensacola Visit

Overall nice house. Has all necessities. Not the best backyard for a larger pet. Location is convenient, but did have sketchy people knock on the door. Since my wife was the only one home at the time she didn’t feel safe so she didn’t open the door.
