WHAT A VIEW! Rare true waterfront home.

WHAT A VIEW! Welcome to our lakefront home in the Texas Hill Country. Perfect for families to make lasting memories, you'll be in awe of the views from every room of this home.
You'll enter to an open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen, living and dining space, full width balcony including outdoor dining and bbq grill, and primary suite with a comfortable king bed and full bathroom.
Down one level, you'll find a sitting area, jack & jill bathroom between 2 bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a queen bed) and each with their own private balconies, and a laundry room.
The bottom level is a huge bunk room with 2 built-in twin over double bunks and a living area with a pullout queen sofa bed. This level opens up to an expansive wood deck with propane fire pit and plenty of room to play corn hole, or just spend time enjoying the sunshine and lake views.

Canyon Lake is an incredibly beautiful 8200 acre lake with turquoise-blue clear water that is perfect for water sports, fishing, kayaking, scuba and swimming. You'll be an hour from both San Antonio and Austin, and there are wineries, distilleries, and natural caverns in the area to tour as well. We'd love to share this beautiful home with you!

Please note: Canyon Lake shoreline access is via 170 stone steps from the back deck. Expect a bit of a workout with a 3-5 minute trek, but it's totally worth it. If you have knee or balance problems, you might consider walking the shoreline from boat ramp 1 to meet your group at our beach.

My family had great stay over new year's week! The house has everything you need and pet friendly. It was well maintained and clean. The location right off the lake provides beautiful views. It was spacious enough for our group with the primary bedroom and bathroom on the main floor and two guest bedrooms with a jack-in-jill bathroom a level down. The bunk room on the bottom level was so nicely designed with steps to the top bunks. The host was available when needed and responded quickly.

Everything from the host to the location and beyond! Beautiful property with magnificent views of the lake from every room! We meet up with our kids for a short intimate vaca every year & it was perfect. We all took turns cooking breakfast in the spacious well stocked kitchen with ample, well maintained supplies! The house was super clean & that’s the way we left it. It is every thing you dream of in a vacation rental! Thank you!

Annual family vacation.

We had our annual family vacation at this property on Canyon Lake. The house was great and was perfect for our family of 10. The view of the lake is amazing and is what sold us on this location. The walk to and from the lake takes a little bit of work but it can be done. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

This vacation rental was fabulous! Views were incredible. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Walk down to the lake was not easy but definitely not challenging; walk back up to the house was a bit of a work out, but not outside of normal. Kids had a good time. Would definitely stay at this house again!

The House with Amazing Views

This property was stunning. You walk in the front door and you’re hit with amazing views of the lake everywhere you look. I rented this property with a group of friends for Memorial Day weekend and we really enjoyed our time. Plenty of space, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and thankfully the AC was able to keep up with the weekend’s crazy heat. Thanks for a fantastic weekend!

Comfort over Canyon Lake

Check-in simple. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. The house is perched on a bluff over beautifully blue Canyon Lake. It is comfortable and well-maintained. Beds are very comfortable. A/C worked well. Perfect location to relax and watch the lake during the day and the stars at night, or get out and explore the lake or Guadalupe River. We had an amazing stay!

A Little Piece of Paradise!

We had a family get together with about 14 people and had plenty of space and a great time! The views are unforgettable and the house is clean, up to date, and had everything we need. Tiffany was accommodating with every/any special request that I had. We are already talking about renting again later in the year! We swam in the lake, BBQ'd and enjoyed the fire pit on the lower deck each night. Great times!

Best Place at Canyon Lake

Where do I start? I had 10 guys come down from all over the states for my Bachelor Party this last weekend. When we pulled in, I couldn’t believe how secluded we felt. It was beautiful, peaceful and quiet all weekend (we may have been a little loud). The pictures do not do this place justice. The views and memories we had at this place will last forever. Tiffany was a fantastic host and checked on us a couple of times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. This place was FANTASTIC and will be back.

Amazing View! Gorgeous House!

Perfect weekend at the lake. The house surpassed all our expectations from the moment we walked in the front door. The views from all 3 balconies are breathtaking. Easy access for putting the boat in the water - boat ramp 5 minutes from the house. We enjoyed wakesurfing and tubing in the quiet cove in front of the house. The stairs - one trip down and one trip up - was enough for the entire weekend. :) Tiffany, the owner, was so easy to work with and provided all the necessary information promptly regarding the house, even answering questions while out of the country. We are already planning a return trip for next year!

This Canyon Lake home is incredible. The moment you walk in you’re drawn to the lake view outside. The first thing you notice when you walk out on to the back deck is how extremely quiet it is. The indoor and outdoor areas are very spacious with plenty of room for large groups or to spread out for quiet time. You can find sun or shade any time of day with the multiple deck areas. The bath between the two downstairs bedrooms worked out great. There is a tub/shower room between two half baths, each with spacious sink/counter space with lots of drawers. All bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the lake. The bunk room is also very comfortable, even for adults. Loved the deer that visited daily. I would highly recommend this home.

Gorgeous view

This house had the BEST VIEW ON THE LAKE! The other great thing about the house was the boat ramp close by! The thing that you are not told is that there are 178 steps down to the water so steep that you MUST BE VERY CAREFUL! In fact - it was so bad even the young children only wanted to go once! Certainly if you left anything behind- YOU WERE GOING TO DO WITHOUT! The water is just BEAUTIFUL - you felt like you were in the Virgin Islands however not easy to use with no boat area close and the steepness of the lake!

Exceeded our expectations!!!

Our family had an amazing spring break in Canyon Lake and made memories that will last a lifetime! This lake house was far better than we had even expected. The owner was very easy to work with, and quickly responded to any questions we had. The house was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and wanted. The beds were comfortable, and the view cannot be described in pictures. The back patio was our favorite part of the house. The kids really enjoyed the bunk room and played plenty of foosball games. My youngest really enjoyed the toys as well. We had a fun night making S'mores on the fire pit, and made lots of trips up and down the stairs to the lake. There isn't anything bad I can say about this lake house. We can't wait to return!

Incredible weekend

We rent this property for a group of kids and several parents to celebrate graduation from highschool and make incredible memories on the lake away from everything. It was amazing. We rented multiple boats from military, used boat ramp down the street and enjoyed the views, beauty, water, sun and our children. The house was amazing and set up worked perfect for our group. We had everything we needed and hating leaving. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Books written by owner was awesome and a really nice touch. The beauty of the location was impressive and breathtaking. The house did have alot of stairs but for the active individuals not an issue. The access to lake is not for persons with disabily but using boat ramp worked perfect and we had no issues. Thank you so much for allowing us to make incredible memories! We would rent again!

Labor Day vacation!

We enjoyed every minute of our time at the lake house! The views are stunning from every level of the house. Our group consisted of grandparents, adults and children as young as 5 months. Every detail has been thought of. As the parent of a toddler I very much appreciated the baby gates that were on hand at the house. They also included a pack n play and high chair. We had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the beach access. The most challenging part was the stairs down/ up while juggling children but it’s definitely achievable. Even the grandparents joined us on the journey. We ran into a few minor issues with the house but Michele and Danny were very helpful even though it was a holiday. A handyman was sent over immediately to remedy the issue. We will definitely be returning next year! Thank you guys for sharing your home with our family!!

Fantastic Vacation House for Multiple Families

We took two families to stay at Canyon Lake for a long weekend, and this house was a wonderful fit for us. Extra perks were the pack & play in the closet and the toys downstairs for the little ones. Plenty of seating and eating/gathering spaces for us. We loved the kids' bunk room and the master. The most awesome thing about this house are the VIEWS! There are balconies off every bedroom and on every one of the three levels, and the lake views are incredible. What a relaxing sight to wake up to, to watch from a lounge chair with a Diet Coke, and to enjoy over s'mores made at the gas fire ring on the deck. It was also fun to watch members of our group down on the lake boating, tubing, wakeboarding, and wave from the balconies. The walk down to and up from the lake is extremely steep and strenuous, so we mostly ran a shuttle down the road the half mile to the boat ramp to drop off and pick up people. It wasn't too bad. One of the queen beds was also VERY loud and creaky, it kept those sleepers up every night. And some of our kids woke up with ant bites on their legs, backs, and necks - it seemed like they got them while sleeping, but maybe not. This lake is beautiful and fun to boat on and swim in; we would recommend this house and return to it ourselves.

Best view on the lake.

Great house with amazing views from every room!! The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped with everything you’d need; even a lovely patio table right off the kitchen to have your morning coffee looking out at the calm quiet lake (my fav). Bedrooms are lovely and comfortable. The bunk room is very cool for the kids. Thoroughly enjoyed Corn hole and the fire pit on the big lower deck. There is a steep path of stone stairs down to a little beach, where we spent hours just floating around. Going down is not too bad but coming back up is quite a climb. We loved our stay here and will be back soon.

Birthday Celebration Family Trip

This property is beautiful. As soon as you walk into the home you are hit with the amazing lake views. There was 14 of us and we had plenty of space to move around and do fun activities. The trail to the lake was a little intense especially when coming back up but its doable. Water shoes or comfortable shoes (no flip flops) are a must if going down to the lake because the path is a little rough. . We will book this property again in a heart beat. Communicating with host was super easy and a fast response was provided every single time. Hope to come back soon!
