Great space for families

House was clean and well equipped. The provided towels and coffee pods was a bonus. Communication was easy and the host was very responsive.We would stay here again!

This is such a lovely home and may be our new regular for the Pensacola area! It had such a homey feel and was well decorated. My son LOVED the Blue Angel decor- it was the highlight of his trip! It was too cold in early March to use the pool, however the back yard and pool area is perfect for a family day outside! Plenty of outdoor seating and lounges by the pool. The garage comes equipped with a little game room, which our family of 3 absolutely enjoyed!Billy was an AMAZING host! We had a last minute hiccup with a sitter for our dog and he was super responsive and upfront regarding the pet fee and payment process. He was so polite and easy to understand. The home had every necessity I could’ve needed. 10/10, no doubt. Thanks again, Billy! The Dones’ will be back!

This property was beautiful! It was a perfect location. It was very peaceful and quiet. The pool was bigger than expected and it was amazing. Billy responded quickly with any questions and had very good communication. We will definitely be back!

Great location

This property was very clean and appeared exactly as it was listed. The pool is even bigger than it appears in the pictures. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, yet still relatively close to plenty of stores, restaurants, attractions & activities. We enjoyed our stay and if ever in this area of Florida again, would definitely consider renting this property again. Our only complaint, if you could call it that, was with the kitchen. While there was plenty of warm water in the bathrooms for showers, the water at the kitchen sink never really got hot or even warm. Some larger sized pots/pans in the kitchen and maybe a few more plates/bowls would be nice too, but those are just minor things and we were still able to work with what was there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, located in a quiet neighborhood, and had such a comfortable, well-thought-out layout. The large pool was a highlight, and the spacious fenced-in backyard was perfect—our dogs absolutely loved it. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

This neighborhood is quiet and unique. It's full of 80's home and none are the same. It's just far away from all the noise but not far away from the beaches, downtown and NAS Pensacola.

What makes this property unique

The pool! The backyard is spacious and relaxing. Plenty of outdoor seating plus a grill and fire pit. From rocking chairs enjoying your morning coffee to lounge chairs poolside you'll really feel like you're on vacation.
