2nd floor condominium, with private entryway and stairs with open concept living space. Get comfy in the living room and watch your favorite movies on the 50” television. The dining area is perfectly situated between the living room and eat-in bar at the kitchen. A spacious, fully equipped kitchen boasts granite waterfall countertops and all stainless-steel appliances. The master bedroom is a cozy, retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. A king size Serta Sleep Number mattress sits at the heart of the room, offering a personalized sleep setting for ultimate rest. Black out curtains ensure complete darkness for uninterrupted sleep and added privacy. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity with ample counter space, and a shower-tub combo. The guest bedroom has blackout curtains, matching Twin beds, and a 32" television. The second full bathroom is just a few shorts steps away from the guest room. Lounge on the private veranda in the shade of one of the Lowcountry's iconic Angel Oaks and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail under the soft patio lights.
*STRICT NO PETS POLICY* *STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY* Smoking inside of the unit will result in a $500 fine in order to cover the costs of smoke remediation, deodorizing and additional laundering of bedding and upholstery.
There are 4 camping chairs, a beach umbrella, (2) boogie boards, life jackets, and beach toys available for guest use. Lost/damage/unreturned items are subject to replacement fees.
Most restaurants and shopping are within 2 miles or less.
Guests are provided the basic essentials to begin their stay. This would include items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a selection of ground coffee with cream and sugars, and laundry detergent, just to name a few.
There is a community pool available for guests SEASONALLY. Pool towels are provided. NO GLASS PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA. Access to the pool requires a key FOB. Do not allow access to individuals who do not have a key FOB to enter. There is an $80 replacement fee for lost/unreturned key FOB. There is a $20 replacement fee for lost/unreturned pool towels. The pool area is monitored by an HOA installed camera for security purposes. The HOST is not responsible for cameras or pool/pool house upkeep and maintenance.
There is an HOA installed camera with license plate recognition located at the trash disposal area. Household trash only.
**There is a $135 cleaning fee per stay that is applied upon booking. An additional $5 per night, per guest applies for reservations with more than two guests. The additional fee will be fully refunded after checkout, provided the property is left in the same condition as it was upon arrival, aside from normal use such as used linens and routine cleaning.
**Due to the stairs, this unit may not be suitable for families with children under 2 years of age.

Excellent accommodations from the very comfortable master bed to the soft towels and the little touches like the snacks this is a fabulous find. If I find myself back in the area this will be my first place to stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Condo. The accomodations were wonderful, very clean, and felt like we were at our own home. The owner communicated everything to us very well, and was always available and responsive. We would love to stay here again if we're are traveling to this area.
Property was easy to find and communication was easy. The host was very responsive to every question. The unit was clean and inviting. We enjoyed our stay!
Our stay at “The Condo” was wonder! The location was quiet and perfect - just between family in the area and the wedding venue we came for. Property was clean and extremely well equipped and the extra’s were really appreciated. We will definitely book here again when back in the area!!!

Condo was nice, updated and clean. Only issue I had was the front door lock. Lock was difficult to use.

My husband and I are originally from Berkeley County. We purchased the condo as our first home in 2005. By 2010, career paths led us away from our hometown. We grew up boating, fishing, and skiing in the local river and lakes of the area. It is our hope that our guests will fall in love with the small town charm and the historically rich area of the Lowcountry during their stay.
