Perfect location across the street from the BEACH! This home also has pool and Gazebo access! Adorable 1 bedroom 1 bath condominium that comfortably sleeps 4. Beach themed decor, new furniture, granite counters, fully stocked kitchen, flat screen TVs and more! Cozy patio with seating and a porch area for relaxing after a sunny day at the beach! Cute, clean and ready for your weekend getaway or a week-long vacation! Dogs allowed w/ prior notice & pet fee.See house rules permit 2025-302822

Across the street from the beach location with a pool and gazebo just around the corner from the unit! Home is steps to the beach and pool, but just down the street on Whitecap you'll find a Pizzeria, Stripes gas station for a quick fill up or some snacks. You may use all areas inside the condo. The pool and gazebo are also for your use as my guest.
Coastal themed condo with coastal decor! Pool, Gazebo, wifi, flat screen TVs , cable and more! Just toss your provided towels, and your other beach items into the wagon and roll down to the soft sand! This convenient stress-free location offers easy access to everything the island has to offer! Permit 2025-302822
Walk to the beach or you may also drive onto the beach with a permit, but since you're super close there really isn't a need.
Dog must be approved by owner prior to stay along with the pet fees described in the house rules. Valid license ID must be provided via email prior to stay. Signed lease agreement required for all stays 30 days or more.
