The condo was perfect for two people, and our small dog. It’s walking distance to the beach, but we got a permit and drove. It’s also close to many restaurants if that’s something that piques your interests. Would stay again!

Good Location, close to the beach. Nice pool and hot tub. The room was perfect for myself and my wife. It was clean and the shower was fantastic. Good communication with Terri and she gave us good information about the area while we were there for Spring Break.

This is a super cute condo. Perfect for a couple or a couple with younger children. We had at first planned to have 4 adults so the owner set up an air mattress.

I would not recommend this VRBO. The unit had a serious gnat infestation throughout the space, which made it very uncomfortable to stay. On top of that, the refrigerator had a strong, foul odor—like rotten fish—which made it unusable. Cleanliness clearly was not a priority, and it completely affected our experience.

That Is not True. YoU could have Reached out to me at Any time with any Of your compLaints! You are angry because you Were held accountable for the damages uou did at my condo! I go through a lot of trouble making sure my condo is cLean, comfortable and affordable for the average person to enjoy! Yes , i have pictures! Turned them into the insurance company with Vrbo. I generally let alot of things slide, but you had several things thst costs me mire money. I cant keep Replacing things guests destroy and keep at affordable rates. Please left me stay at your place tear up things and you be okay with It. I have decided after you, i wont be Renting next year. Costs me more than the TroubLe Is worth. I will live in it again gladly! You cant Distepect peopLes Property and them say Nothing! Like i daid you coukd havevdaid soMething the Day you checked in, heard nothing till 12 days later…. Yes we brought our dog. Only problem is there was no place for dog to go to restroom without getting stickers in his feet. No fault to owner of condo but maybe complex could have an area. Shops and restaurants were great.

Amazing Beach Condo

We had fabulous stay, the condo was exactly what my spouse and I needed for our weekend trip. Terrie was a gracious host and she provided all necessary amenities with a few extras. We hope we are able to stay at her place again in the near future.

The little condo was awesome clean and comfortable. It was like being at home. Terrie is wonderful host and goes out of her way to make you feel special, it was the wife's birthday, and she had left some special treats in the frig for her on her special day.We plan on making this a regular place to do the beach trips in the future. Mostly good condition, but the condo could have been a little cleaner. Communication with the owner was great before the trip and the condo was well stocked with a lot of conveniences including beach chairs and they made ice for us. The condo was not cleaned well because we noticed spots on the bathroom mirror, dirty sinks in the kitchen and bathroom and old coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. After we left, the owner asked us what we made in the oven that caused stains, however, we did not use the oven. I don't remember us even opening the oven door. Also, there was a very small trash can in the kitchen. The kitchen area was very small so they were trying to save space. The condo would be good for families with small children as the owner provided extra cots.

Hi again, glad you enjoyed your stay! Super glad the weather was nice. But that darn seaweed is something else., We are smarter than most out there,,rake. I always carry water, rake/ shovel, bucket.,that’s usually in my jeep all the time. But since we have so much water around most of the time, suggest a heavy rope - lol I do hope you come back soon. The ocean will be calling soon😆Enjoyed having you, treated condo like it was yours.,was taken well care of….. thankyou

Relaxing by the ocean

Property was very good, condo was excellent and they all were friendly to our dog. My new hat got lost and the manager kept it in their offoce till we checked to find it.

Perfect little condo

We had an amazing stay at this charming condo! The location is ideal—just a couple of minutes' walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and a small grocery store. The condo itself is cozy and perfect for a couples' retreat or small family. Check-in was a breeze, and the owner, Terrie, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She even surprised us with a thoughtful welcome gift!We especially loved how close we were to the beach and had a fantastic time dining at our new favorite spot, Captain's Diner, just minutes away.We can't wait to return! Highly recommend this lovely place!

There is no or lil to no crime. You can walk around all night & still feel safe. Assigned parking, washer & dryer in my unit which is located on bottom floor.,

Property is unique because I offer a lot of extra’s management companies don’t provide., .properties don’t put in the condos. You have a popcorn popper. You have a waffle maker. You got blenders everything to enjoy your time right here.please make sure you clean after each use! Enjoy! just a hop skipping jumping you’re in the water. And to make it easier I have the best shower in the world for when you get back in a washer and dryer inside the unit to make your life a little bit easier. All the comfort of home and more. The pool and spa has been converted over to a salt water, which is much better for your skin and no it does not leave you. The salty feeling is also heated during the winter time..
