The Lively Beach Studio is the perfect getaway for up to four… Modern and comfortable with designer touches throughout including a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. All units have a King bed, desk work area and a loveseat with table for the perfect place to relax with a good book, watch the large high definition television or just catch up.

Secluded, quiet, clean and great beach access. Friendly staff. However, frig was leaking and a large mirror fell out of its frame while we were there.

Perfect spot!

This was in a perfect location, close to both Port A and Corpus. The beach was clean and Lively is a great place to stay. The room was also clean, great amenities - perfect for our needs. We also enjoyed the peaceful quiet....

We had good stay at Lively Beach Resort. I just wish the weather had been better. It was too cold.

I definitely will try coming here again when the weather is much warmer and sunny.

Great Beach Retreat!

As described. Lovely property with all the modern amenities with great access to the beach (by foot or around the corner by car). They even had live music and free wine on Friday night playing on the deck! We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful Stay

Great weekend getaway. We arrived after 10 pm, the staff answered the phone promptly and gave us our door codes etc. Room was exactly what we expected, was clean and roomy. Kitchen supplies/utensils were provided as well. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful time, the rom was clean and comfortable! Coffee maker was the only thing that did not work. The pool was nice and very clean and staff were very friendly!

The property was nicely located on the island making it easy to access and get to places in the surrounding areas. Property was well take cared for. Room was very clean, and well maintained. No issues whatsoever. We'll be staying there again when we come down for spring break.

It was very nice, clean, relaxing. I know not everyone enjoys the motor carts but it would be neat to have them for rent there on the property! Thanks for the place you have there, the access to the beach and seclusion.

Excellent location

We enjoyed almost everything about this resort. The only downside was the room really needs to have darkening shades. It was very bright in the room, even with the shades drawn. I woke up at 3 am thinking it was sunrise. We really enjoyed the evening activities - wine and music one night, and s'mores the other night. Mari was an excellent hostess. Management was attentive to us when we needed an extra blanket and delivered it to the room right away. This was a great experience for our anniversary weekend.

The pictures of the property made it appear as if the room you saw online is the room you were reserving, it is NOT. I was very disappointed to receive a room that was less than what I purchased or reserved and seen online. The property is beautiful and love the location!!!!

We were pleased with the accommodations. The listing was spot on and met our expectations. We were thrilled this property is pet friendly. I didn’t realize I was suppose to check in by email. I received a text with the access codes then saw the email later. I also did not receive the email with the address prior to the stay. I called the customer service number and got it. It was becoming nervous only 3-4 days prior to the trip without the specific location. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

The picture on the listing was not of our room. It did not have that view. We felt in danger because of coyotes near the property. Paula promised to credit one night of our stay. We haven’t received credit yet??

Left a lot to be desired…

There are great things about this property, including “private” beach access, gated community, etc. but there were a lot of issues as well. Check in was very easy, they texted me a code and my room number right before my arrival. However once in the room I noticed our bed sheets were stained and the bath towels were very rough and old looking which was surprising at a newer property. The room itself was nice, big tv, big comfortable bed and nice finishes. Another disappointment was the pictures on the listing make it look like the window view is of the boardwalk but our view was of the parking lot, not great. Lol. The boardwalk itself is a LONG walk to the beach, up and down hills and a good distance. We found it easier to buy a beach permit and drive to the same beach, so it’s not exactly private if anyone can go buy a permit and get access. This place just lacked the “resort” feel. Nice bedding and towels go a long way. And there’s no real amenities here. Would be nice to have room service, pool bar, restaurant, coffee shop, etc, really anything other than just a pool would be nice.
