Everything was very clean and well maintained. Has a wonderful view! Only thing that we really had issue with was the process of getting parking passes through the resort

It was excellent condo. The property was super nice! However, the room living room couch and loveseat needed to be replaced. When sitting, we sank into it and needed pillows behind our back to be comfortable. A recliner would be a good option for older clients to put up their legs and feet. I was still recovering from knee replacement and needed to elevate my legs and feet after beaching all day. It was difficult to do with current furniture. The king suit bed was troublesome. It made getting a good sleep difficult. It had my husband and I off up and down throughput the night. It needs new box springs and possibly a new mattress.

Awesome condo. exactly as pictured. The only drawback is that its on the 31st floor. That needs to be in the description. Elevators can get very busy at certain times. Parking can be difficult because there are so many floors so just keep in mind when booking. Parking passes are toooo pricey especially when paying the price for the condo. Other than that I do like the OASIS and this particular unit.

Beautiful property! 3106 was very well maintained. Beds were comfortable, condo was clean. Elevators were not a problem for our stay. Views were amazing. We will book again. The food at the bar was excellent and the bar staff amazing. Front desk girl needed to be more familiar with parking pass rules. All I can say is be patient with her. The rest of the staff are amazing. Please don't let her lack of knowledge set your opinion of the rest of the staff.

Very nice beachfront condo

It’s a beautiful place on a great stretch of Orange Beach. Very clean, check in was easy and kitchen is well appointed. The only thing that could have been better would have been some extra blankets/pillows available, but that was only because it got cooler at the end of our stay. Nothing that made the place less than 5 stars.

The view was beautiful! The unit was clean and supplied with everything you could need for cooking. When we arrived, only sheets on beds in two rooms and there wasn’t anything for washing or drying dishes, and there wasn’t toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. We have stayed in VRBO’s all over and usually there is a starter basket. We contacted the management for the condo and the problems were taken care of promptly. Beds are not very comfortable, but otherwise a great stay.

The Perfect Getaway

Everything you could want for a vacation in your backyard! The beach had soft white sand, water was so clear, the condo was clean and had everything you needed, and the kids had a blast at all 3 pools! The view from the balcony was breath taking. We rented beach chairs for the whole week which made relaxing on the beach easy. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, we even had groceries delivered from Wal-Mart. 10/10 experience, we will definitely be back.

Girls Getaway

The property was exactly as listed online. It was very spacious, clean, easy to check in, and convenient to many popular restaurants and shops. I would like to note there was only one extra blanket in the condo (cleaned and sealed in a bag which was nice)… just make sure to bring your own if you may be cold natured like me! The perfect weekend with girlfriends!

Orange Beach Condo

Beautiful clean up to date condo 3 bedroom,4 full baths Sleeps 8 easily.. Easy access to beach. Great pools with one adult only. Splash pad. Lazy river and water slide. The rental company was easy to get into touch with and responded very quickly. Most diffinetly be coming back.

Great condo. We had everything we needed. Love the views of the ocean. 32 floors. This one is on31st. Elevators worked great. The condo was very clean. I will definitely book this condo again.

This condo is and has everything you could possibly want/need for a magnificent vacation! Our group has been doing this trip every year for almost 10 years and we voted this condo our absolute favorite so far! If someone isn’t pleased with this condo there is no pleasing them! Location is perfect,beds are comfortable,bar for mixing drinks is awesome,we didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed to be stocked well with plenty of cooking utensils. And let me say the adult pool with the bar is also one of the selling points that will have us coming back! 5 stars easily! Sincerely,The OG’S

Girls trip

The unit was great! It was furnished comfortably with the only exception being the mattresses in the room with two queen beds. They had large indents that made them uncomfortable. They need replacing. This unit has extras that you don't often get in rentals.

Pros: The condo itself was nice and a good size for our group. Very kid friendly place, but also with an adult area and pool. Cons: Our condo was not ready when we arrived, after 4pm and after a 12 hour drive. There was dirty sheets in the hallway and the beds were not made. Be prepared to wait quite a long time for the elevator in this building, esp being on floor 31 of 32. We also could not use the lounger on the deck, as the cushion was not provided.

The views at this location were so good! We had such a great experience! Nice relaxing days and nice neighbors! Never had any issues with noise.But just a warning the elevators during check in and check out times might be a little long so BE PREPARED!
