The host was kind of rude when answering questions and basic amenities like soap, detergent and trash bags were barely provided, we had to buy our own and stocked the unit for future guests. Very cheap way to treat week long guests at a very expensive condo. The unit itself was very nice and we enjoyed it.

The staff at the Phoenix West II were very friendly. The condo was very spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. And the balcony was nice with a good view. Lazy River and pools were very popular with my grandkids. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo and family friendly

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. The kids and adults loved the lazy river and slide. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because it’s not a beach front view. You can see a bit of the ocean from the balcony, but the main view is the road. Overall, we were very pleased and will definitely visit the resort again.

Great location, the complex is gorgeous and secure! This particular unit needs a new dryer, dishwasher, laundry room toilet and the electric outlets looked in to! Once the minor repairs are updated and fixed I will rate this condo 5/5.

The condo was amazing! Very clean and well stocked. Location was great, except no beach view from this unit. It was chilly for us so not a big deal. Communication with the rental team was great and very prompt. I would stay here again!!

The best of both worlds for families. Ease of location getting to restaurants, shopping, etc. lazy River, indoor pool, water slide, on the beach. My only disappointment was that this particular condo does not face the ocean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was just what we needed! The place was beautiful but if I could offer a little advise have hand soap available for the guests. Also wish we could’ve had the condo we first picked because the view of the beach would’ve been nice to wake to instead of the road. Maybe next time it won’t be switched on us.
