Welcome to our spacious oasis right on Calle 8 in vibrant Miami! This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it perfect for group getaways.

Our cozy oasis on Calle 8 in features: 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom with a master suite with a private bathroom, other two bedrooms with a queen size bed and king size bed accordingly, and one room with 4 single beds (2 bunk beds). The property features recently remodel finishes, a fully equipped kitchen, and dinning area with comfortable sitting for the entire group in our living area for relaxation. Immerse yourself in the local atmosphere, and unwind on the private patio after exploring all that Calle 8 has to offer with some cafecito. Step out and take in the lively neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and cultural attractions. We are just few minutes walking to Calle 8 and a short 6 min drive to downtown Miami.

Great stay in Little Havana

This place is so close to downtown and everything. Spacious and our whole family had a great time. We had a few questions, and Alejandro and his team was very prompt and attentive. Super!

Below is what we experienced. PROS: Clean and updated house. CONS: 1. We reached the property by 4 AM (flight delayed), they started the construction at 7 AM in the morning. The host was installing the fence around the house and the noise was horrifically high for cutting metals and loud conversations. I called the guy and got no satisfactory response. The construction stays the next whole day (2 full days). Third day, the construction guys left the debris and the metal piece of the fence (size: approximately 20’ x 8’) on the property and it was never cleaned until the day we left. 2. Both toilets clogged several times and we had to plunge them. I called the host and found stupid response that “he will call the city and ask about it”. He never gets back to us with the proper solution. I have sent the video of the clogged toilet to the host and he was not at all bothered. 3. There was another portion on the same premises that was rented out by the host, the renters from that portion took over our assigned parking and parked their two cars. I again called the host and he said that he will talk to his renters to not to park there but the same night they again took our assigned parking.
