Esta hermosa villa de 3 dormitorios 2. 5 de baño es parte de un edificio adosado 3 unidad encantadora ubicada en la comunidad segura y cerrada de February Point Resort y ha sido recientemente renovado con los más altos estándares! Esta villa es una de las pocas en el desarrollo que presume de tener una hermosa playa de arena blanca justo en su puerta.
Cuenta con patio con impresionantes vistas de Elizabeth Harbor y Stocking Island cubierto. La planta principal cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, con un plan de salón / comedor abierto, con un medio baño y una nueva lavadora y secadora apilable marca. En la planta superior se encuentra el dormitorio principal con una cama king size, amplio cuarto de baño, ducha separada y una amplia zona de lavabo doble independiente y un gran balcón con vistas a la playa. Los otros dos dormitorios cuentan con una cama queen y 2 camas dobles que comparten un baño.

La villa también cuenta con lujos sencillos, como aire acondicionado central, acceso a Internet de alta velocidad y televisión por satélite. Otras comodidades incluyen una piscina infinita, un restaurante y bar frente al mar, gimnasio, canchas de tenis, spa, puerto deportivo y otras dos playas adyacentes a la villa para que usted y su familia puedan explorar.

The property is lovely, exceptional location being right on the seashore. We enjoyed using the paddle boards and kayaks to explore the coast. Our only niggle was the water pressure which was consistently very low - literally a dribble from the shower at times.

We spent a week at this home with another couple and it was excellent. I’ve stayed at several properties in this neighborhood and I would definitely return to this one. We made meals every day and spent every day on the water. It’s a can’t miss for sure.!

A little slice of paradise

We had one of the best vacations the condo was great and the water was incredible! It was convenient to get to Georgetown for groceries and travel across the island would recommend to anyone!

Very nice, beautiful view of the ocean and stocking island. Nice pool and restaurant nearby. The VRBO was excellent, very comfortable, clean, good communication with the owner and well stocked with needed supplies

A Lower End Choice for February Point

This villa is located in beautiful February Point. The location is unparalleled, with water access right in February Point cove. However, compared to other properties at that location, this villa is does not compare. There is one master bedroom and two guest bedrooms as advertised. But the size of the bedrooms do not comfortably accommodate 6 people as the listing boasts. You could get away with 2 adults in the master and 4 small children (2 in each guest bedroom) or 4 adults total. The guest bedrooms are far too amall to have two geown adults aleeling in the same bed which is just barley bigger than a twin. There is also very little furniture upatairs so you're basically living out of a suitcase. And the 2 guests bedrooms share a bathroom. Our family of 6 moved to a different villa mid-trip and the owner refused to refund the unused days. There are far better options in February Point for comparable money. This would only be last choice if you had no other option in my opinion.

Great villa.

Great location. Just as nice as photos show it to be. Two really nice pools and beaches. Only issue was a shower that wouldn't drain. Manager told us someone would be out to fix it but they never showed

Spring Break 2024

We loved the location and the amenities that the house had! I would recommend this condo to any family wanting a great location, beach steps from your patio, and pool steps from your patio.

Christmas break

We had a wonderful time at Ting n’ Ting during our kids Christmas break . The location of February Point is perfect , close to Georgetown and also good access to area beaches . We highly recommend renting a car as there are man beautiful beaches that my boys loved exploring . We also rented a boat for two day which we also highly recommend to visit Da Sand Bar, Chat n’ Chill , and many fun snorkeling spots . We loved coming back to the condo every evening after a full day exploring Exuma . The beds are all very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed . Thanks for a fun break ! We hope to be back soon !

This has the perfect little beach out front and is right next to a pool. The paddle boards and kayaks were a great addition. Can’t wait to come back!

Great for a family

This was our second time at this property. We had a great stay at Ting N Ting! The home’s location in February Point is ideal - close to grocery and Georgetown and Elizabeth Harbor, while feeling secluded within the Gated community of February Point. We loved the grassy yard, proximity to the community pool and the kayaks/paddle boards that we could use in the bay. We brought our own snorkel gear and saw so much sea life right out our door - Starfish, coral fish, sea turtles, even a sea urchin. If we go back to Exuma, we would definitely stay here again. We were a bit disappointed with February Point’s amenities. They seem to have let things go a little too much over the past year - the workout room was lacking, the landscaping wasn’t as pristine, the hot tub at the beach club was broken. Overall, the neighborhood doesn’t look like the website and we felt a little misled. However, the islands beautiful water makes up for that! Rent a boat, enjoy the kayaks and paddle boards, don’t forget your snorkel gear!

Phenomenal Location

We stayed at Ting N Ting for 9 days. It was our first time to Exuma and had a great trip. Definitely feel February Point is the best place to stay on Exuma and Ting N Ting is well situated in the community - easy walk to the gym or the Rusty Anchor and pool and the pool next door is a bonus. It has the great grassy area and beach and the views of Stocking Island are breath taking. It is an easy 20 minute walk to Georgetown to the liquor store and grocery store if you don't rent a car and a 10 minute boat ride to the same - again, fantastic location! The house had plenty of room for my family of 4. The lounge chairs, hammock, paddle boards, kayaks, floats etc make for an even better experience! The water taxi can pick up at the front door or you can leave a rented boat in the marina - again, fantastic. The only place we felt there is room for improvement was the cleanliness of the home and the function of the kitchen - surfaces were wiped but not totally clean and seemed the floors were swept but definitely not mopped. The stairs were not even swept. The kitchen is very poorly stocked. A total mis-match of a few pots and pans that were scattered throughout kitchen such that I had to search for the lids etc. There were also very few utensils and the juice glasses (only 6) each had the sticky residue from the labels on each that did not ever come off with washing. The cabinets were filthy - literal dust bunnies in them. We were very grateful and impressed with the property manager- super quick to respond and help - immediately delivered additional utensils and bath towels (we did not feel that 4 was sufficient for 9 days). Overall a fantastic spot that we would highly recommend but do hope the home would be better cleaned and some time spent re-organizing and stocking the kitchen after guests leave would be of value.

Our stay here was perfect! Plenty of room for a family of four, could have easily fit an extra 2 to 3 people. Found everything we needed. The views are beautiful. Will definitely return!

Perfect Location to do a lot

We enjoyed our stay at this villa in February Point. It was the perfect distance from town to be able to pick up our boat each day and still get around to do everything we wanted to do during our stay. The villa was very spacious and had everything we needed while we were there. There is a great area right outside where you can do some snorkeling, and its a quick walk over to the pool if you wanted to do that. We will definitely be recommending this area to our friends for the future.

Simple, but enough! Great family vacation home

Our time at Ting-Ting was fantastic. The property was simple, but considering we spent very little time inside this was not an issue. The location was spectacular, especially with 4 young kids. We loved the grass yard in front of the house - the kids would play football and hide and seek while we grilled out, read, and chatted. The proximity to the community pool was ideal and provided easy entertainment when we were tired of kayaking and paddle boarding. A short walk up the road to the beach club provided another awesome activity on the days we were not boating on a rental boat from Minn’s. I highly recommend a rental car for your stay. It is fun to drive to other beaches and into Georgetown for the grocery store, not rental, etc. Because we were arriving on a Sunday we had someone stock our condo with groceries. This was incredibly helpful considering most grocery stores close on Sunday afternoon. The property manager can help connect you to the right people. We also had a chef, Dena, prepare dinner one night. A very tasty fresh seafood meal! This was helpful after a full day of boating and made our stay feel like a vacation. If you’re considering staying here with young kids - please note the steps are very steep and there are sharp edges on some of the steps. Something to consider if you’re worried about young toddlers. All in all, Exumas is so friendly and kind and has been one of our most memorable family trips! Highly recommend this rental for a family, simple….but enough!
