Cette belle villa de 3 chambres et 5 salles de bain est située dans la communauté sécurisée de February Point Resort et a été récemment rénovée conformément aux normes les plus strictes avec un nouveau sol, une nouvelle cuisine et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Cette villa est l'un des rares dans le développement qui se vante d'avoir une belle droite blanche plage de sable à sa porte.

Il dispose d'un patio couvert offrant une vue imprenable sur Elizabeth Harbour et Stocking Island. Le niveau principal comprend une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec un plan salon / salle Ă  manger ouvert, une salle de bains et une nouvelle laveuse et sĂ©cheuse superposables. À l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur, il y a la chambre principale avec un lit king size, une grande salle de bain avec baignoire Ă  remous, douche sĂ©parĂ©e et un grand lavabo sĂ©parĂ© ainsi qu'un grand balcon donnant sur la plage. Les deux autres chambres disposent d'un lit queen et 2 lits doubles qui partagent une salle de bains.

La villa bénéficie également de luxes simples tels que la climatisation centrale, d'un accÚs Internet haute vitesse et DirectTV. Les autres commodités incluent une piscine à débordement, un centre de remise en forme, des courts de tennis et deux autres plages adjacentes à la villa, que vous et votre famille pourrez explorer. Il y a aussi un tout nouveau club house avec bar et restaurant au bord de l'eau, piscine à débordement, jacuzzi, spa et port de plaisance.

Great home. clean and well laid out. Very spacious and beds are comfortable. About 30’ to a nice beach and three doors down from pool. Pool was never busy. Sun in the mornings and shade mid afternoon.

Wonderful stay, wonderful condo

This condo was awesome. Everything is modern and updated. Our family of 5 was more than comfortable. The location is perfect. Gated commmuity, your own private beach & paddle boards & kayaks available to use. Very close to the local market. We rented a car at the airport (super easy) and drove all over the island.

Great place in beautiful Exuma!

Rake n’ Scrape is wonderful! It is located right on the water and close to one of the community pools. The community felt very safe, and views were spectacular! We enjoyed using the paddle board and kayaks!

Affordable, comfortable, scenic and convenient vacation home

Our family just concluded a week long stay at at February point vacation townhome. It was a very comfortable and well equipped home, conveniently located to Georgetown and accessible to most all beaches, grocery stores and restaurants around Georgetown. We love the views and quick access to the water, snorkeling and the pool within steps of our back patio. The affordability of the home allowed us to extend our stay and visit different attractions and scenic beaches. Our two families of 6 were extremely comfortable with ages ranging from 1 1/2 to 63. The added amenities of the February point club with pool and restaurant was a plus. We felt like this was the perfect spot and will be booking many times in the future and also looking to bring more family to the other two attached townhomes. 10 out of 10

The beach front villas are exquisite

My wedding guests absolutely loved staying here - none of them wanted to leave ! The villas were well appointed, incredible clear ocean right in front of each. The owners were very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect Get Away

The villa could not have been a more perfect place to stay during our first time to Georgetown. It truly exceeded all expectations and we loved it so much we are already planning our next trip back. The villa is beautiful and the location next to the water is an amazing place to relax. Close to so many things to do and see. Highly recommend!

Amazing.

We had the best time in Exumas. The condo was perfect, clean and very well stocked. It had almost everything you would need for your stay. We also got an early check in which was very accommodating from the host. We will be back!

Perfect Location

Steps to the water and pool were awesome. Beautiful views of the Harbor. Well stocked with pots and pans. Experienced 2 power outages and one water outtage while we were there which is common apparently. Ice maker did not work.

Good location

First time at this particular villa, but have stayed in Feb Point previously. Feb Point in my opinion is the best spot in Exuma to stay. This home is well equipped, and has a fantastic view. The home has all the basics you need. I would return again.

Excellent house in February Point!!!

We loved this house, and the location!! The kitchen lacks a few items, but we made it work. Only liquid soap in the house, so bring your own bar soap for showering. The Owners replied very quickly, and so did the Manager. It's very clean, well kept up, and the view is gorgeous!! We loved using the kayaks,..a couple paddles were broken. We just took turns going kayaking. You won't be disappointed here,...it's beautiful!!! We look forward to our next visit to Exuma, and February Point!! Thank you very much!!!

Rake and Scrape

The property is beautiful!! We were able to pull a boat up to the house and walk in . Its minutes via boat from Minns and easy shopping. The views are amazing and our kids were able to snorkle and kayak in the back yard. The manager was always available and helpful! The kitchen had many basics and we cooked a lot of meals for easy nights in ..a washer/dryer downstairs was a bonus! We would absolutely stay here again!!

Exuma Getaway

The Villa at February Point was beautiful, the view was breathtaking, the water was crystal clear. We had an awesome time. This was our first trip to Exuma and it was fantastic. Our only negative was the problem we had with the Kitchen Faucet. Late on the first day the water turned into a trickle and after multiple attempts to contact the Property Manager, we had no response for assistance, although we could see that every contact made was seen. Other than that, we would definitely use VRBO again.

Loved our first visit to Exuma

We had a great experience overall and the location and view from the unit was spectacular we particularly enjoyed the constant breeze and easy access to water (kayaks etc)Georgetown offered easy access to restaurants (Exuma Yacht Club and Shirley’s were our favorites) and local markets for Food and wine. We did have a couple of plumbing issue which where quickly solved. The only reason for not giving it a five was due to the shortage of some ancillary items like glassware and coffee cups there were only 4 of us and we had to run the dishwasher everyday to restock. Also when the other two units were occupied there was a shortage on lawn/pool furniture between the homes. Was not a big issue as our neighbors were on different schedules. The master shower could use a renovation at some point in the future..

Great location and wonderful views!

Our group of 6 rented Villa Rake n Scrape for a winter getaway in February. The villa was exactly as described, and the kitchen and living space felt even larger than pictures. Communication was a breeze – very fast response and easy check-in/check-out. The property manager, Sasha, was very quick to respond to questions prior to our visit and gave us some great recommendations. Location was perfect. We drove to George Town almost daily and headed south to other beaches. Being able to walk to the marina for our boat excursion was a huge convenience. The views from the house were beautiful. We enjoyed coffee on the porch every morning, took several walks along the shore and spent time at both pools in the community. The kitchen could use some additional serving dishes and dinnerware, especially for larger groups. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this villa!

Perfect vacation!

We LOVED our stay at February Point! It was the perfect location and I wish I could wake up to those views everyday! The villa had everything we needed and Sasha was quick to respond to all of my questions leading up to our trip. We loved having breakfast on the patio and could not have been closer to the water. We rented a boat from Minn’s one day and was able to stop at the villa to pick up something we forgot. I highly recommend renting a boat to explore on your own. It was one of our favorite things!! We didn’t make it to the beach club until our last day but it was beautiful and had the best service. They offered to have lunch ready for us before they even opened on the day of our departure. We loved being in a gated community and always enjoyed talking to the security guards going in and out of the gate. All of the people we met in Exuma were so friendly and genuine. We will definitely be back and can’t wait until the next time!!
