Amazing stay

We loved this property and wish we booked for longer. It was in a wonderful location, the home had everything we needed, and it was even more beautiful in person. We can’t wait to go back to Puerto Rico and rent this place again!

Great house. Nice amenities. Could use some TLC.

The house is fabulous. Good spaces and wonderful pool. A bit dated. Some of the appliances and at least one of the air conditioners were not working efficiently at all. The bed I slept in was not terribly uncomfortable but it certainly has seen its better days. The water pressure was meh. The policy of not flushing any toilet paper was one that should have included closed receptacles for hygiene or at the very least provided extra bags for regular removal. A housekeeper came daily but only to empty the garbage bags in the kitchen. That was a bit weird. Hospitality needs to be prioritized. It’s a four star house but could be five star with some tweaks.

2nd Annual Supper Club Vacation

Super relaxing, got to explore the real Puerto Rico. Love the private beach and the crashing waves. Especially loved our own “cat away from home”. So sweet and friendly. The home was cozy and comfortably - although I’m glad we didn’t come in the height (didn’t realize there was only AC in the bedrooms).

Fantastic property

Great stay in a beautiful property! The pool, the view and the beach cove are fantastic. The pics do not do it justice. The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and helpful, and the whole check in process was easy and efficient. We will definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! The view is spectacular, the property manager was friendly and accommodating and the house is beautiful and very clean! Sits on top of a cliff where you can walk down to snorkel or swim. Sunsets that will take your breath away! Best vacation ever!

Perfect house in Puerto Rico

We were 3 families - 11 people total. 6 adults, 5 kids from 9-14. This was wonderful. The house is amazing. It has a well equipped kitchen, lots of space to hang out, great pool and beach front. Sunsets were beautiful on the spacious patio. Clean house and lovely staff. Highly recommend!

Paradise!

We absolutely loved our experience from interactions with Corale the property manger to being blown away by the house! The pictures don't do it justice, it's much larger in real life. The weather was perfect, we somehow had the perfect breeze at the pool even if there were white caps on the ocean. So close to groceries and restaurants. Beaches, hikes, catamarans, fishing and more within 20 min! Corale even helped us get week of onsite massages with June that blew our whole party of 12 away. I highly recommend you booking here, paradise is just clicks away. We can't wait to come back!

Incredible week.

5 couples stayed in February. Just a great house that fit our group perfect. Actually got to snorkel for couple days down on the beach below. Great times, swam with turtles and fish variety was great. Two days saw whales from bluff, saw a big group of dolphins one day as well. Lots of bird life, including frigates, tropic birds, pelicans, osprey, and troupial(we the Venezuelan), doves, white winged dove and pigeons. Saw the local inguanas that live within the cliffs. Just a great week, visiting multiple beaches as well.

I will sum it up this way. I have been coming down to Crash Boat for 9 years now. I have always stayed in the condos above the beach. I thought the view and location could not get any better. Well I was wrong. This is the place to be. So much so that I booked it for next year 1/2 way through my vacation. Simply the best

Great trip!

We stayed at the villa flamboyen last week during the large earthquake. My husband and I felt it, but kids slept through it! No damage to the house or property. As soon as the electricity went out on the Island, our generator turned on (automatically). Our property manager made sure we had everything we needed, and checked in with us during the week. Our kids loved the pool, and the beachfront location was beautiful. We had a prepared dinner (highly recommend). Even during the power outages on the island, the cellular network was working without any issues. I would recommend flying directly into Aguadilla (just 10 min from the house). Beautiful property!

Perfect Relaxing Destination

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the house! The house is very spacious with the bedrooms separated for optimal privacy. The kitchen included everything we needed for dishes and utensils as we ate most of our meals at the house. We also enjoyed some really great restaurants in the Aguadilla area. The house does get warm during the day, but the air conditioners in the bedrooms kept the temperature comfortable for sleeping. The pool overlooking the ocean was perfect! We enjoyed watching activity on the ocean and the Coast Guard helicopters making their daily rounds. We even witnessed a pod of dolphins travel by one day. We also loved the private access to the beach. It was a great area for snorkeling and floating in the ocean. If you love animals like our group, you will enjoy watching the iguanas that live in the cliffside rocks and a friendly neighborhood cat that made her way through our yard every day. We had a great trip and recommend this house for relaxing with your family and friends!

Wonderful Vacation Setting

Thank you so much for an amazing stay! House -I would recommend updating your pictures because the house and setting was 200% better than what your pictures show. Especially the size of the house and bedrooms. With 10 people we had so much room and could easily accommodate our cocktail party of 30. Cleanliness - Very clean and having Esmeralda coming daily really helped. She was a joy. Yard/Beach - Amazing view and well kept. Having access to our private beach and cave was great and we had a blast snorkeling and soaking in the ocean. I have insanely picky friends and they were so impressed they want to come back next year! Thank you so much for providing a amazing vacation for my friends and I! PS: A must is to have Sandy DeBoer and her team prepare a meal or event for you. They were amazing people and the food was amazing!

Beach view Paradise

We rented this property for a wedding vow renewal. The view absolutely sold me when I saw it, I knew it was the place. When we arrived I called the property manager Jose and he was great, he met us to take us to the property. Gave us the details of the property with a walk through and offered eating options close to the area. He also was very responsive when we texted with questions or inquiries. We will definitely be re-visiting this property. The pictures do it no justice but definitely give you a pretty close view of what to expect. When we rented the property I didn't realize there would be maid service each day which was an awesome addition. Yolanda was great, she came in daily made the beds, cleaned the kitchen, washed all the beach/bath towels used etc. If you're looking to get away from all the tourists this is the property you want to be at.

Beautiful house and beautiful scenery. House decorated nicely and very large rooms.

The house and scenery was beautiful and breathtaking. The house was well equipped with kithen items, beach towels and storage spaces. All the rooms have a mid-sized couch (1 has a sofa bed, 1 had a sofa and chaise styler lounger) that works perfect for younger children as extra sleeping space within rooms. All the showers are large and one even has a hand held shower head which was great for bathing younger children. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because two of the showers did not get hot water initially. I contacted the house manager the first day and several times after, said they would problem solve it. They solved the problem for one of the showers on day 2 or 3. But not the other. I then eventually contatced the ower who said they would have their handy man come out to see if there was a quick fix and it was still never fixed or resolved during our 7 day stay. There were 4 other showers that did get hot but it was the fact we paid that much for the house rental and it was never resolved which was very disappointing. Otherwise our stay was wonderful.

Paradise with some minor repairs needed but would return

This place is gorgeous. Very organized home with ample supplies for cooking, nice stereo to take outside by the pool, each room has its own en suite + a half bath off the kitchen and one outside by the pool. Had some minor issues worth noting. The biggest complaint was the pool was not kept as promised. I own a pool and care for it daily. Well, the pool float was empty and there was some algae growth on the side of the pool. I had to complain twice to have it resolved and the guy who came was not happy about it. Cabinets in the kitchen were falling apart and the steps down to the "beach" were broken. Both of these items were said to have either just happened or were being repaired soon. Other notable items are that there was a roof leak at the front of the house. Also a leak under the sink that we repaired the last morning. Lastly, the washing machine caused some issues. All of this aside I would return and would recommend. Coral the PM was great and the house keeper came each day to clean the kitchen and make the beds.

Beautiful and peaceful property with private beach and amazing views!

Our group of 5 adults and 6 kids (ages 3-11) had a wonderful week in this beautiful house. The house itself was simple but spacious, beds were comfortable and air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well. Hot water worked well (previous reviews reported poor hot water), even in the outdoor shower which is the shower our children preferred! Every bedroom has a bathroom plus additional bathrooms in both the living area and outdoors. There are ceiling fans in every area to keep you cool and we did not miss air conditioning in the living area due to fans and the breeze through open windows and doors. Bring mosquito spray if you are prone to being bitten. The outdoor space is absolutely perfect and this is where had all of our meals and spent 90% of our time. The pool is well maintained (pool guy came daily), the patio furniture was comfortable, and the view is spectacular...but the best part was the beach access with private cove. The final few steps down to the beach required some climbing since the stairs had not been repaired yet from the winter swells, but we were able to manage and this added to the adventure for our kids. We are told that the stairs are rebuilt each May for the summer months when the water is consistently calmer. But the cove is not to be missed! We explored beautiful local beaches including Crash Boat (very popular and busy), Playa Pena Blanca (smaller and great for snorkeling...we swam with turtles) and Borinquen...all a 5-10 minute drive away. The house is located in the back of a neighborhood. The nearby main street had many restaurants and was close to a grocery store. There were pool floats, a beach umbrella, beach towels and an ice chest available for use at the house. The washer and dryer also came in handy and detergent was provided. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bedroom and dish/dishwasher detergent in the kitchen. Housekeeper comes daily to tidy up the kitchen and living space. I would 100% recommend this property. We absolutely loved our time here and were so sad to leave.

Beautiful

The 2 hour ride from the airport in a shuttle we rented for our family of 14 was definitely worth it. We were met by Coral the property manager who continued to check in with us throughout our stay & had many recommendations for fishing, surf lessons, massages or anything else you need. The home is beautiful & larger than pictures show. The view is beyond words! The first 2 days spotted whales & breathtaking sunsets. The pool was enjoyed daily by our grandkids & the outdoor bathroom & shower came in handy. Well stocked kitchen & would highly recommend Sandy & her dad for catering (Cuzine Catering). She shopped, had our refrigerator & cupboards stocked & even had food prepared for us so we didn’t have to worry about shopping & cooking when we arrived. Sandy even went out of her way to find White Claw for us!! We had them come back to cook 2 more dinners and the food was delicious not to mention how friendly & entertaining her dad Milo was. They have a huge menu selection. Lots of towels & flotation devices for the pool. Comfortable outdoor area. Kids snorkeled below & saw baby sea turtle & colorful fish. (Definitely need water shoes as it is rocky but full of many shells & treasures that the kids loved looking for). Enjoyed Crash Water Beach. House located in quiet neighborhood so definitely need to rent a car to get to grocery store but short drive. Sadly 3 days after arriving, beaches & restaurants were closed & a curfew was imposed because of the corona virus. However, we could not have been in a better, safer more beautiful place during this difficult frightening time. Surrounded by so much beauty made us almost forget our world was in the midst of a pandemic. Coral checked in with us frequently. Would highly recommend this gorgeous place & appreciated the helpful prompt communication from Alberto (who I actually met “over the fence”), Shannon & Coral. My questions were always answered. Thank you to the guy who kept our pool clean & the housecleaner who daily made our beds & did our dishes. Our family would love to return one day.

Alberto Cordero & Shannon Boyle met while pursuing their degrees at Purdue University. Throughout their years together they have been able to visit many places around the world. Inspired by their travels & the beauty of Aguadilla, Alberto’s hometown, they decided to develop a company that invited others to experience the same beauty that led them to establish a life and family in Puerto Rico.

Although they lived in San Juan with their two kids, a lot of their time was spent driving out to Aguadilla to visit Alberto's family. Aguadilla became a big part of Shannon's life and eventually the Cordero’s second home.

With Shannon's and Alberto´s vision and impeccable taste, they have built and designed beautiful properties and develop an eco-conscious beach bar at Crash Boat Beach. Today Villa Carambola, Villa Flamboyan, Cocoloba, and Cocoloba Beach Bar provide unique experiences on the west coast of Puerto Rico for travelers from all over the world to enjoy!

We purchased Villa Carambola (also in VRBO) in 2011 and we love the place so much that when the property next door became available for sale we decided to purchase it. We have named it Villa Flamboyan because of the beautiful Flamboyan tree you can see from the pool.

Aguadilla Puerto Rico is an island vacation dream location. The house is located approximately 20 minutes from the local airport where flights arrive daily from US cities such as Newark and Orlando/Ft. Lauderdale. The area includes an 18 hole golf course, snorkeling and scuba diving hot spots, tranquil seas perfect for paddle boarding, and plenty of great restaurants featuring both local and international cuisine. Aguadilla is only 30 minutes from Rincon and 20 minutes from Isabela, these three cities have the best surfing in the island. This house is designed for vacationers who want either plenty of activity or peace and quiet, it's entirely up to you! The infinity pool is a combination of a 30 foot pool that ranges between 3.5 feet to 6 feet deep and is perfect for early morning laps.
